Amy who helped me with my selections and was patient with me when I changed my mind on something. Also Matt Benson who I've just met yesterday to do my 45 day inspection of things that need to be done was great.
Most property items in construction are above average in quality. Very Good staff members to work with.
Windsong builders are much better than the average builder out there. They truly work with the home buyer. I would recommend instead of doing a 45 day inspection, do a 90 inspection since 45 days does not leave the homeowner much time to really go thru the home and check what needs to fixed.
Joyce and Daphne were very helpful as were making our decision to build in McConnell Green. They kept us informed during the sales process and throughout construction. Brad and Steve did an excellent job walking us through the construction process as well.
I would not recommend Windsong Properties to anyone. Do not move in.

Holly Leggett is a very professional, caring, and kind lady who I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to get to know through the process of buying my home.
I drove by my house as it was getting built. The crew that built my home were very hard working and I could feel they built it as if was theres. I have love, peace and abundance of joy here in our home. Also Brian Alcott has been awesome with us each time something has to be fixed. He understands that it's not easy with certain times of appointments. Because my husband who has Parkinson's, with dementia gets confused at certain times of the day. God Bless you all for making our home a sweet heaven.
