Additional Comments - I would say that Windsong Properties is one of the best businesses to work with, hands down, because they did a fantastic job throughout the entire process from start to finish as well as doing a great job communicating with us and resolving any issues.
We spent a great deal of time looking at options for 55+ and felt the Windsong properties were always the most attractive, with well thought-out designs. We feel the quality of our construction exceeds other builders that we considered.
Construction Quality - As previously noted, we feel the quality of construction at Windsong is first class.
Customer Experience - Everyone we encountered in the process was extremely helpful.
Recognized Excellence - Joyce was a great resource throughout the process. Amy was very helpful with selections. Brian was great with finish items explanation.
The homes are quality built love all the extra things that make them special

The warranty work noted on the affidavit when I closed July 8, 2022 is still not complete almost 6 months later. I was overlooked for the 45 day review and was told my name ‘fell through the cracks’. There were numerous repairs, replacements, and cleanup corrections needed from many different trades. It took forever to get appointments with them. When they finally did come, they brought the wrong parts or couldn’t complete the work for other reasons resulting in additional appointments, delayed repairs, further waiting, and wasted days for me waiting at home for nothing. The workmanship from several trades was poor, careless, incomplete, inefficient, and far below what should be for a home costing almost half a million dollars. I expected more for my money.
Recognized Excellence - Ashley Hester and Chris Schneeberger. Both excellent in service, taking action, and respectfully communicating with the homeowner in a manner that makes the homeowner feel valued and appreciated. Very well suited for their positions.

Not very happy with the timeliness of reaction of issues.
The only downside to the process was trying to rush the closing date to either fit someone’s schedule or meet a targeted closing expectation date. Results were we had to spend several additional days in the area (we are out of state buyers). Closing had several dates that had to be delayed and completion of “touch up” issues took several weeks to get handled. Brian was good, but my impression was someone behind the scenes had set deadlines that were beyond the capabilities of the staff. No one stated this, just an observation from final walk through until everything was completed.
Some expectations not met with my own experience that prevents me from rating at 5.

We love so many aspects of our beautiful new home. The attention to detail in the building materials and fixtures is a quality we are proud of and friends have commented positively on. The layout of our home is perfect for us. The sales staff was friendly and responsive to questions.
I have already spoken very positively about Windsong to my friends. Everyone I worked with demonstrated the utmost professionalism and apparent concern for my needs.
Overall, the house is a quality build. The neighborhood is fantastic.
Additional Comments - Echols Farm is a beautiful community and we look forward to our New Chapter of Retirement as well as new friendships.
The only reason not five stars is the 5+ closing dates.

Additional Comments - Driving thru the entrance gates on my first visit to Echols Farm, I knew then that this community was home for me. Meeting and working especially with Joyce and Amy and the rest of the Windsong Properties Team members made my home buying process during the Covid-19 pandemic a much smoother transition. Their patience, knowledge and optimism doesn’t go with notice.
