I've very happy here.
We've had and continue to have several challenges with the new house. Water, leaks, clogged drains, clogged gutters, hot water in the kitchen issues, HVAC issues. We are the first completed house in the Ruisseau so maybe some kinks are to be expected. Some issues have been corrected quickly, some continue on as pending warranty claims. The problem with the garbage pick-up was all on Waste Mgmt. but none the less just one in a list of issues we're been working through. We will continue to greet buying prospects out here with positive comments about this new community.
They did a good job.
Builder Expectations - It was apparent he treated each of these homes as his own. A comfort level was established as we only saw again at completion.
Design Center Communication - Amy was amazing and we love each of the selections she guided us to that day.
Sales Communication - Diane was responsive and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond.
Recognized Excellence - Diane in the sales office, Amy at the design center, John that did the preconstruction walk through and Brian on the 3 hour orientation - dream team!

Our experience in purchasing a new home through Windsong has been both pleasurable and rewarding. We love the design and quality of the home, as well as the location, look and feel of the overall community. The sales, pre & post closing staff exhibited detailed product and procedural knowledge in guiding us through what can be a very complex endeavor.

Windsong Echols is a very nice community. The people are friendly and there's lots of activities if you're interested. The design of the homes are great for 55+ and I like the open design. I'm looking forward to those pickleball courts to be put in.

Love our new home. Love the design and feel the home is well-constructed. Neighborhood touches (landscaping, pond) are very nice.

The office staff and builder managers at Wind Song are personal kind. Just carefully look over your house at your walk through that things are completed to your liking.

They were dishonest at closing. Still haven’t finished items that were on the outstanding closing list, not not mention the 45 day after list. Owner suite shower installed a second time, still not correct. Keep getting the run around on the tile I. The other restrooms
