I am very pleased with my dealings with Window World. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. My windows are very nice and I will recommend them to anyone looking for windows. 7 as this is the second house that I've done with Window world. if you own a sided home, do not allow the window installers to install on the coldest day of the year as the siding will chip and crack.

They installed my windows on December 22nd. I complained about one of the windows. A manager came out and said all the windows had to be done again. I have been going back and forth with the company for a return date. I am very disappointed.

I had problems with their scheduling. They would schedule my time, and I would be there, only to find out they were already there and gone. That has been a big conflict on that part of it. The other part of it is that what they were supposed to do, they did not do. They are doing it, but they didn't do it that day. They have to come back and do it.

I am likely to recommend Window World because they provide great service. The gentleman was really nice and very informative about all the details of Window World. They were prompt even when I couldn't get the windows to work, they came right out and took care of it. Everybody was really nice, and I didn't have a problem at all.

Window World has excellent value and craftsmanship and quality windows and doors. They are phenomenal from start to finish. Not only is their quality excellent but so is their salesmen, customer service, and along with management.

I would recommend Andy and Chris, my installers. They worked in some pretty cold, windy conditions, and they did a wonderful job. They refused to come in and get warm, they refused hot coffee. It was miserable out. They worked really hard to get the job done, and they went above and beyond. I would like them to get a job well done recommendation.
