Wait time from the time you pay until the time of installation is very unprofessional. Installers never wore shoe covers which is very disrespectful.

The wait can definitely feel frustrating, especially when you’re excited to get the installation done. And I can understand how the lack of shoe covers could feel disrespectful, as it’s a small gesture that goes a long way in keeping things clean and showing professionalism.
Addressing these issues and ensuring the team is more mindful in the future could really help improve the experience for future customers.
