The work they did was excellent!
The sales and installation went satisfactory. However, it was my understanding that the windows would not heat up the house. This is not what I'm observing. I CAN feel heat coming through the windows. I ordered in August, installation was in January. There seemed to be a lot of pressure to write a review right after the installation. I wanted to "use" the windows to see how satisfied I actually am. Overall the process was fine. I am highly disappointed how the windows are not working with keeping out the heat like I was told. If I do recommend window world, I will have to be honest about my disappointment.
My window looks fantastic. Window World did a good job. It was put in nicely. They were in and out and it was cold.
I would definitely recommend Window World for replacement windows. The process is so easy and the installer was so conscientious and professional. You couldn't ask for better service.

It says that I got colonial grid on my paperwork but there are no grids on my window. That's a $52 charge.

I love how the windows look and the service personnel has been friendly/professional but we have experienced problems with some of the windows and because of the same I am hesitant to recommend Window World. The company is trying to rectify the problems and if that is done I will be inclined to make a positive recommendation.

I have a front door and basement windows project that has taken over 6 months to receive. The installers were great but the windows arrive so late, I am still waiting on some materials to arrive and get installed. There is currently no brick molding on the front door. I called WW and asked when the molding will be finished and was told that the factory will not have parts until April so they will return in April to complete. The service has been bad, I am very unhappy.
I've been a window world customer for ten years. I buy and sell them but lately, service has gone down. The orders have taken longer. My last order was in July and it was not installed correctly. The orders came with the wrong windows. I was unhappy and still have not seen my screens and it has been about 9 or 10 months since the order.
Window World OV did excellent work!
Quality control at factory was lacking. one bottom sash needs replaced and a top sash was missing a weather strip. I caught both defects after the windows were installed.
They provided me with excellent service.
