I still haven’t heard anything about the windows I ordered and paid for. I only hear from them if I call.

We had a problem with one of the windows in July or Aug. 2020. We called. All sorts of people came to look at the problem. They all agreed it was a problem. We never got the window replacement as stated. We are still waiting as of today June 1, 2021 for the window - no follow up. Even the guy who sold us the windows tried to help us. Even during a pandemic, I tried to have grace. No communication is poor service. Even when I call, I never hear back from the company.

Because of the long time it took and the wrong colored garage door we are a little hesitant to recommend them. Other than that they did a good job.
