Window world was amazing! In every part of the company their employees are knowledgeable, patient, professional…. This was a very stressful project for me in finishing my homes remodel, and window world employees walked me through the entire process w/ kindness, they were honest in things I needed and didn’t need, saving me close to $3000! During install they found one of the windows seal was weak and came to me to tell me they ordered a new one and would be back (scheduling at my convenience) to replace it, not very often companies do that, most would install, walk away and hope you don’t notice. Not these guys!! If you are stressing about your decision…. Call Window World right now! Truly a Great Company!!

The entire process was exceptional. The sales technician James was polite and knowledgeable. The communication from the entire company was appreciated. Our whole experience was great. We shopped a few companies before deciding on Window World. We felt they had the best products and pricing was right in the middle. No high pressure sales which was much appreciated. Communication on the whole process was great. The installation went so well. Jose and his 2 man crew were fantastic. So knowledgeable and professional. Jose made sure that everything was exactly what we expected and the windows and door look amazing. We had a small issue with the wheels on our sliding door. Install was on a Friday, Jose and his team made sure that this was remedied and completed to our expectations on Monday morning. I would highly recommend.
