The windows so nice and I think it was worth the wait

Primary reason for my choice was pricing and quality.

Got windows aren’t square. But do still work and glide fine. May still be good value due to cost but has risks of not lined up your frames opening if you care for details.

The window installation went really well. The sales representative wasn't pushy.

They worked very hard to install 8 windows. Pleased with the results.

My windows were delayed quite a bit. And then I still have not gotten my last two windows glass replaced yet, nor have I received a date on when they should be replaced.

The sales process was straight forward, helpful, and low pressure. It was compelling and easy to buy. The only thing I’ll say is that Window World needs to go digital. Still using carbon copy and overnighting documents is a little concerning..

The windows are so much better than the windows we had. We had 4 windows that had glass broken or would not shut completely. We absolutely love the new windows!! The black on outside and white inside looks fabulous!!!

Alan answered every question we had prior to and after the order of the windows. The installation crew, which was a team of 4, were knew their jobs and did them well.
