The salesman, Dave, was very polite and educational. He was very traditional in his approach to making sure that everyone was aware of everything. He was very professional and nice.

The technician was awesome and he did a great job.

The company never stated at the intital presentation (when the salesperson came to my home), follow-up text messages or in the contract that a permit was needed to install the windows. I only learned about this when they informed me that the windows were in and they were waiting on a permit. I ordered the windows in December 2022 and in March 2023 they started a conversation regarding permits. It was not until I filed a complaint with the BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals office that miraculously within 12 hours of filing both complaints, the permit arrived.
The windows are very nice however, when family/friends/neighbors ask, I'll share with them the above story and let them make their own decision to contract with Window World.

This is best window installation company ever from the salesman who was not pushy but helpful and to the installation guys who were very thorough and professional.

I am a fan of Window World, just not of the Window World of Cleveland. Great installation and sales, poor repair and replacement. When you need work, they are not so good.

I would recommend but explain frist about my project from start to finish

I felt and still feel that the salesman was either ill trained, or deliberately took advantage of my senior citizen mother. Additionally, he sold her a product that was the wrong size for the door we wanted to replace, and they have had two other people come out, and they have all tried to get us to pay more money and the replacement doors were also not fitting correctly. The installation process was sloppy, and I am going to pursue legal action.

Window World had great communication. The installer was professional.

The worker we had was hardworking. He did an excellent job from the start to the cleanup.

I would definitely recommend Window World over several of the competitors. The finished product looks great, the prices are more reasonable, no gimmicks and installation scheduling is faster.

Window World was exceptional from the initial presentation of their windows through final walk-through. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about their products and options. Scheduling staff was very communicative and actually moved up my install. Installer was very nice, efficient and addressed any questions I had. I am extremely happy with my new windows and all the people who helped along the way! I would recommend them to anyone with a new project in mind. The price point and quality of materials as well as workmanship was exactly what I was looking for.

I love my new door!

I've used them before at my last house. They seemed to be a good company. It was a good quality job. When I had an issue they came out and were very prompt. They didn't charge anything for that. It was a good quality window and that's why it's on the higher side.

The pricing is too high.

Enjoyed the sales and scheduling staff. We were disappointed with the installation (of windows only, patio door installation and installer was great) and quality and had to have 3 people come back to our house. Original requirements of the job weren't completed, and we expected a crew and only 1 installer sent for all windows. No one has followed up with us post installation/fix to see if we’re satisfied with the final product. We are also waiting to see if the work not completed will be removed from our bill.

This is the second time we've used Window World. We used them in Florida and now at our condo in Ohio.

I did call. I didn't scrutinize the windows at first; I just made sure the windows opened and closed. There are a lot of little problems. There are corners where the caulking is sloppy, and there are some holes. I'm a little disappointed and kind of surprised. It doesn't look very nice. I can't say anything positive.

The experience was great. Mike Tymann went above and beyond.It was the reason I choose Windows World and one of the main reasons of my happy experience. He was always there for me addressing every one of my concerns.

From the estimate to installation, I am very happy with choosing Window World for replacement windows.

I have recommended Window World to many people over the years. A few took my recommendation but some went with other companies and went with buy one get one gimmick. We would compare the quality after and Window World always won. It's too bad because they are stuck with inferior windows which they paid only slightly less then I did.
