We talked to salespeople from three other companies, and we thought that Window World had the best product without being overly expensive. We also thought that the Window World sales process had integrity. We appreciated that the sales process wasn't pushy or gimmicky.
The installers were real good. Andrew and his crew came out and did a real good job on the windows.
The overall experience was excellent. From the initial contact conversation to setup an appt, I felt like I was in good hands. After the presentation, I knew that we would go with Window World. The price was reasonable and the turnaround time for the windows was faster than expected. The installation crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job.
On Nov 27, 2024, I ordered new "Seamless Gutters and Gutter Protection System" from Window World of Cleveland. The expected delivery time stated on the contract is 6-8 weeks. As of today, May 16, 2025, I still don't have the new gutters. During the past 7 months, no one from Window World has bothered to contact me with an update on the status of my order. When I called them in March 2025 to inquire, I was told they were backlogged with deliveries due to the winter weather, and they were not able to give me an approximate date or even a timeframe for when I could expect the delivery. I don't have the words to fully describe my frustration and disappointment with Window World of Cleveland, and I deeply regret having put my trust in them.
Window World of Cleveland was punctual, efficient, and they took care of business.
The quality of the windows is excellent. The installers were very courteous and did an excellent job installing the windows.
