The quality of the windows is excellent. The installers were very courteous and did an excellent job installing the windows.

We just completed phase three of our window replacement on 3/14/25. The first two phases were completed to our satisfaction. Phase three completion truly exceeded our expectations!

The previous sales rep retired after phase two window replacement completion. This time, we had Dominic (Nick) Mlinar. Nick was outstanding! He is punctual, professional, totally stacked with technical and construction experience, responsive, and personable. Nick just didn't make the sale and drift into the background, he was engaged from start to finish and provided great peace of mind when it came time to finalize the logistics the week of the installation. Best sales rep - ever!

Phase three window replacement included: three double-hung windows, two sliding windows, and a sliding glass door. The install team (led by Andrew) was a virtual extension of Nick. Andrew and his team arrived early, worked efficiently, safely, professionally, and like a team of very well experienced surgeons. I wish I had taken a video of the sliding door installation. It was impressive and a clear indication of how well the team worked together while installing a massive and bulky sliding glass door. Tiffany rounded out the A-team with the installation juggling, attention to details, and reassurance that everything was in place for a flawless experience.

The product seems very good with a good price.

Not only do they stand on their windows, but they stand by their customers. They called me easily four times to check that everything was okay. There was a little bit of gooey stuff on the upstairs window, and they actually even offered for someone to come out and do that for me. I was treated like family when they were here. I am going through a lot medically, and the workmanship, the kindness, and the laughter that was in our house that day was just wonderful. My dog even felt it. Normally my dog barks at people, but he was just right in there, he could feel it. I feel like they have employees that stay for a long time because they are a company that people can really stand behind. We found out that it is transferable to the next owner and if someone throws a rock through the window, it is a good thing to know you wouldn't have to call your insurance company and pay a deductible because you stand behind your product. The heat gun transfer and touching your hand to the window demonstration was amazing. When you sit in the sun right now, you don't get that heat, which makes me almost wonder if they were blocking out the rays like they should.

They showed up on time, and left with fantastic results.

Window World was not the cheapest but we trusted our salesperson Michael Hartley. We are very happy with the triple pane windows and already see a savings in cooling bills.

My wife and I had a GREAT experience with window world, from sales, Brandon the installer, and staff checking in on us even when I called had a few questions Tiffany, Lucille was very PLEASANT to speak with also.

Everything looks beautiful, and the windows are custom designed. However, one window had the wrong size screen, so I am waiting for them to replace that.

Window World was fabulous from my first encounter with Michael to my last encounter with the installation crew!

There's a film on my window from whatever they put around it, and it's kind of ugly. I have to get that cleaned. I had to have another person from Window World to come out and adjust the window because it wasn't put in correctly and wouldn't lock.
