One of the screens for the window was damaged when it arrived. Josh, the installer, assured me that they would have another one created, brought out, and installed. This has not happened yet. I also have one door, the rear door, that will only close or open completely; if left ajar, it will swing open. Josh said that the door was level when he installed it and the problem could be the hinges and he would have someone check it, and that has not happened either.

Window World of Central Louisiana arrived on time. The only thing that was an issue was a lack of communication on the progress of the windows, and there was glass left in my flowerbeds. The cleanup was not great, along with the caulking.
