They left a mess. They did not really provide follow-up instructions with the county inspection. That should be on them, not on me. I never had a contractor to have me do that. That's their job. I also would have never hired the two guys who came into my house. The smell that came off those guys was atrocious.

All of my interactions has been wonderful. From Jamie to Chantelle, Niko, and the installation team. Working with Window Nation - Seattle, WA was a great experience. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

We liked the way the windows were made and the expertise of of installation.

The inside of the house around the windows is good but the outside is not so good.

Everyone was absolutely professional at what they did. Nothing but a pleasure with no hassles. Our project was done first week in February. Day of install the crew was prompt and went to work immediately. Old windows were out and new windows in temporarily within 2 hours. We were very impressed. Thank you Window Nation.

They were very professional and contacted us right away when our bay window didn't come correctly, so I was very pleased with the communication they kept with us, and would highly recommend them.

First off, we greatly appreciate our new windows! They are clean looking and since we replaced windows with grids with windows without, it gives a whole new outlook, literally and figuratively. There were some minor bumps along the way, with questions about window sizes. However, once that was worked out, the process went smoothly. The install team did the best they could to complete the job on time and with a minimum of disruption. We live on a well-traveled road and we definitely notice the lack of car noise, compared to before. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is because those minor bumps created delays and what seemed like long periods between communications. All in all, we are currently satisfied with the outcome.

No rain the first day of instal, and only worked part of a day. The second day down poured all day.

Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the products and the craftsmanship. However, just like most of other window replacement companies the price is always high. Considering the warranty it offers, the price is still more acceptable.

Sales Rep sold us a sliding glass door that he wasn't supposed to. Now we are waiting forever to get the actual sliding glass door we are paying for to get approved by "Corporate" or whatever BS they said about higher ups approving it.

Job was not completed when they installed the door. After they left I noticed caulking was not done very well and the cut at the top on the siding was not done very well looks like done with a dull blade and this is according to the County Inspector that came out to inspect it. I had to call a week later to ask when they were going to come back and complete the job and I still have not heard back from them. As of now I would not recommend to anyone to use window Nation

The whole process was very positive. Thee estimator was professional, friendly, and answered all our questions.
The installers came on time, were very professional, had great expertise in their work, and cleaned up very well after.

The communication was very poor. The quality was not what was expected. We have to have some callbacks for a lot of issues. There were several callbacks. We had to keep calling back with issues. Even when the work was done, I had to keep calling them and things weren't communicated to us. It was not a good experience.

The salesman was not trying to force me to buy the windows. He wasn't pushy.

There were some dents on the window borders which needs another follow-up technician work that is scheduled almost after a month. Few window screens were not of right size or were bend and not fitting well. The process outlined said that all defects would be checked once the shipment arrives at the warehouse so this should have been caught unless it was damaged while moving from warehouse to the site location.
The installation crew did not really clean the windows from outside after the job was completed. There were minor gaps left in adding insulating material in one of the windows. One of my roof gutter/drain pipe was damaged by a technician stepping over it. My existing window shutters were removed saying they will be installed the same way but were then screwed in differently.The overall installation could have been better quality and more professional.

While some initial issues with clarification of contract, personnel & installers were very professional windows are beautiful and worth the price we paid.

I had a few different Window companies come to my home to present me their plan for my windows...I ended up choosing Window Nation because of the strong presentation given by Codi. However, that just scratched the surface. The entire Window Nation Team was strong, and I am beyond happy and satisfied with the entire process. I had 12 windows put in and they finished them all in one day and didn't cut any corners. The team treated my property with dignity and respect and the cleanup at the end was top notch. I can't say enough good things about them other than to say if I had it to do again...I'd choose them 100 times. Excellent team, excellent company. Thank you, Window Nation!

The crew was in and out under 8 hours and extremely professional and friendly. They explained all of repairs they were doing and the reason why.
