There were some windows that were not as clean between the glass as they should be.

There is still quite a bit of road noise even with the noise canceling windows. The caulking in a few of the windows is messy and looks hurried. The windows aren’t all clean on the outside and they will be very difficult for us to clean ourselves. We were told someone would be by during the installation process to verify the quality of the work and check in with us, but no one but the two man crew who were here to install the windows ever came by. I’m not confident in the quality of the product or the installation at this point.

I just don't like the million texts, emails and surveys after the fact.

They were very knowledgeable and were very professional in their approach and installation of the windowsX.

Window Nation provided great customer service and the contractor who came in and did the work communicated very well. He did the work very fast and efficient. I really don't have anything bad to say about Window Nation.

I would recommend them to a friend. I tried to be very accommodating, they attempted to do good work, but they seemed to make some minor errors.

They are friendly and nice. There were some flaws with the windows, but I am hoping they are coming back to fix them. The sliding screen door doesn't fit properly, so when I shut it, it falls out.

Very pressured sales. I asked MULTIPLE times for a quote so that I could compare quotes with different companies and Sam would not leave.

Once the decision was made the windows were built within a short amount of time and installed less than a month after the purchase. We were kept informed of the progress the entire time.

Quick, efficient and good quality.

I’m selling my house and needed some upgrades. My roof ended up needing to be replaced which was priority over my windows. So, I backed out of a deal. Window Nation talked me into a new deal that seemed too good to pass up. Several months later they came out and did the job. 7 windows and a sliding glass door in one day. The quality was not good. Some of the windows would not open or close easily. The sliding glass door handle was loose and felt cheap. Caulking gaps in almost all windows, caulking splatter on outside of home and trim was over cut onto siding of house by almost 4”. Can’t sell my house like that. Hope they can help me get it presentable.

The 10’ window was installed bowed inward 1/4” on each end. I contacted my sales rep the day after while installing new window sills. No contact back from anyone.

There was a couple issues with size.

I was not given what I was told as far as installation. Sales rep said I would get a locking mechanism on my slide door. Also a full screen for my window. What kind of company that customizes windows and slider doesn’t customize a full screen for a window?

I would just have to say the overall experience. I've had a few things done on my house and everyone has been top notch and just seem to care.

They left a mess. They did not really provide follow-up instructions with the county inspection. That should be on them, not on me. I never had a contractor to have me do that. That's their job. I also would have never hired the two guys who came into my house. The smell that came off those guys was atrocious.

All of my interactions has been wonderful. From Jamie to Chantelle, Niko, and the installation team. Working with Window Nation - Seattle, WA was a great experience. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

We liked the way the windows were made and the expertise of of installation.

My experience was excellent.. From the sales rep to the installers. They were awesome. The installers wanted everything to be perfect. The windows are beautiful. Om very pleased with window Nation.

I will advise to allow WN to quote but do an immediate sale without other quotes.

I would not recommend Window Nation at all. They did not complete the work as stated.

Better communication on status of windows. If you make a mistake, own it and make it right.

Changing out the builder’s windows in the master bedroom has made a significant difference in the temperature of the room and house

The inside of the house around the windows is good but the outside is not so good.

Everyone was absolutely professional at what they did. Nothing but a pleasure with no hassles. Our project was done first week in February. Day of install the crew was prompt and went to work immediately. Old windows were out and new windows in temporarily within 2 hours. We were very impressed. Thank you Window Nation.
