Brad was great when he came to do the sale. He really explained things well. Shentell was great with scheduling and communication. Matthew was really awesome when he came to paint the trim and siding. He really went above and beyond, but that was after I had to remind Window Nation that they were supposed to do that since it was promised. The installers were nice but I was not happy the way they left the job site. See response for #18 below. I’m not sure if I would recommend Window Nation based on that. We were pretty upset and if that’s how the job is finished then I’m not doing that to my family and friends.

The guys that did the work were very respectful to my two cats. They were very careful going in and out. They did a great job.
