Really happy with how the entire project played out, from the cost/quality value, communication and coordination, scheduling and installation. Very visible quality, happy with the choices and results.

Wrong color than what was agreed and contractually signed for the color I did not receive. Still have not received the $100 dining certificate as of today. The cruise is a bait and switch.

Not understanding of our situation. We had a sick newborn, and were being threathened with a lawsuit if we did not imediately install. We wanted our windows, did not want extra people in our home as our newborn was sick, extra germs and dust airborn was not ideal at the moment. Very inconsiderate and pushy/rude.

The salesman didn't explain what he was selling. I thought they were replacing my windows, not using my old windows and the new windows to make one window. The windows are smaller than before.

I reported to the salesperson on Wednesday June 18th that the lock on the window and the bonus room is not working. As of today June the 26th no one from Window Nation has contacted me. Poor customer service. However, I will be sharing my experience on social media

The salesman was very knowledgeable about windows and the crew installed all 13 windows in a day. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. All very nice people! The windows appear to be well made and block the heat.

From start to finish, I have been pleased with everything. The sales rep was friendly and took time to answer all our questions. He gave a very thorough demonstration. The scheduler was super helpful and easy to work with. The installation team did exceptional work in less time than estimated. I anticipated there to be some accidental damage to walls and window sills, but there was practically none, and the small scratches that were made, got immediately repaired. We did a temperature test to see if the windows repel exterior heat as we had hoped, and they are definitely performing! From 114° with our old windows at mid day to around 75° with the new ones. This was money well spent!
