They are not coming to fix the windows and screen that won't move and the kitchen molding they cracked.

Not understanding of our situation. We had a sick newborn, and were being threathened with a lawsuit if we did not imediately install. We wanted our windows, did not want extra people in our home as our newborn was sick, extra germs and dust airborn was not ideal at the moment. Very inconsiderate and pushy/rude.

The salesman didn't explain what he was selling. I thought they were replacing my windows, not using my old windows and the new windows to make one window. The windows are smaller than before.

I reported to the salesperson on Wednesday June 18th that the lock on the window and the bonus room is not working. As of today June the 26th no one from Window Nation has contacted me. Poor customer service. However, I will be sharing my experience on social media
