The salesman was very knowledgeable about windows and the crew installed all 13 windows in a day. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. All very nice people! The windows appear to be well made and block the heat.

From start to finish, I have been pleased with everything. The sales rep was friendly and took time to answer all our questions. He gave a very thorough demonstration. The scheduler was super helpful and easy to work with. The installation team did exceptional work in less time than estimated. I anticipated there to be some accidental damage to walls and window sills, but there was practically none, and the small scratches that were made, got immediately repaired. We did a temperature test to see if the windows repel exterior heat as we had hoped, and they are definitely performing! From 114° with our old windows at mid day to around 75° with the new ones. This was money well spent!

I would recommend Window Nation to anyone thinking about getting new windows, and I have already recommended you to my good friend who’s thinking about replacing windows maybe later this year or early next year as a matter of fact I’m thinking about replacing two doors and a sliding glass door.

I would recommend Window Nation - Raleigh, NC to a field, but also want people to know ahead of time to make sure that the installation team cleans up properly after the installation. I am still finding glass from the windows that were removed.

They were slow in getting started. There was over a 3 month delay. They did not start when i expected them to. They did the work very quickly. They did not repaint the trim or touch up the holes in the trim. There are holes in my trim and that is resulting in streaks in my windows.

I would recommend talking to them and getting quote but compare price and product with others before signing

At the moment I am still waiting on my replacement window that was cracked by the installers...I been waiting on a date not sure who is suppose to be coming..have received all types of texts about information needed..gave what was ask for sent pictures of the cracked window...and also my last window that was put in trimming was a rush job...I expressed this to your company along with pictures..

I would recommend the windows but would strongly recommend they ask plenty questions about how they install. If you need to rehang window treatments then ask how they will be possibly changing the structure of your window.
