I would recommend Window Nation - Raleigh, NC to a field, but also want people to know ahead of time to make sure that the installation team cleans up properly after the installation. I am still finding glass from the windows that were removed.

They were slow in getting started. There was over a 3 month delay. They did not start when i expected them to. They did the work very quickly. They did not repaint the trim or touch up the holes in the trim. There are holes in my trim and that is resulting in streaks in my windows.

At the moment I am still waiting on my replacement window that was cracked by the installers...I been waiting on a date not sure who is suppose to be coming..have received all types of texts about information needed..gave what was ask for sent pictures of the cracked window...and also my last window that was put in trimming was a rush job...I expressed this to your company along with pictures..

Our experience with this company far exceeded what we expected—great salesperson, great office staff (scheduler), high quality windows and door, as well as excellent installation teams.
