Several window had factory defects. Should have been corrected before shipment

I would recommend the windows but would strongly recommend they ask plenty questions about how they install. If you need to rehang window treatments then ask how they will be possibly changing the structure of your window.

the installers arrived on time and introduced themselves and explained the process!! They were all very nice and respectful of our home. they had drop clothes for the work areas and vacuumed up before they left! The foreman was excellent and the crew was subperb!!!!!
