The windows themselves look great. The product quality and appearance are exactly what I hope for. However, the installation team has been a major disappointment. The work was left. Incomplete communication has been extremely poor and despite multiple attempts to get followed up, I’ve been waiting for months for the remaining contracted work to be finished. Extremely disappointed the design consultant was supportive and has been trying to help move things forward, but the installation team lacks response and follow through, and I’m extremely frustrated for it still to this day not completed.

I might would recommend Window Nation, depending on what the person wanted that I would be recommending them to. If they wanted their windows taken out whole without being cut out then no I would not recommend Window Nation. If they didn't have a problem with their windows being cut out of their existing frame then yes I would recommend Window Nation.

The product is great, the communication and execution seems a bit like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing There’s a lot of “we will get back to you”. We are still waiting for screens to be installed in some of our windows, even after having scheduled the install and the guys showing up but not being able to install screens. I wasn’t privy to the conversation because I had to contain my animals.

Work-wise it was good. The team worked diligently and the windows are excellent qualify. I was a bit surprised at how long it took to install. They were here past 6pm after having 6 people working together. A few of the workers were stand arounds but the work looked good as we were rushed to have them complete it. Our issues came with a debacle in the financing and also I somewhat didn't like the door we received. It didn't seem to matter - it was oh well, you ordered it and you got it and no one ever reached out over weeks of trying to discuss other options we might have regarding the door. I was told someone would be reaching out, but it never happened. So if someone were to ask me about your company, right now I am not positive and I know I will not want to go forward with the rest of our project.

Great company-very happy

I was surprised by a couple things about the windows. There is black seal inside the glass. I have lost 2 inches of glass from my previous window. My fault for not noticing, but might have pointed that out to me.

The installers were top notch. George and his coworker worked 11 hours in 95 degree heat to get our windows in in one day.

I was looking for black windows.

I was not pleased with us being denied to reschedule our appointment even though we called over 48 hours in advance of our appointment. We were told if the weather got too bad that they could finish up another day. That never happened and it was snow and ice on our roof. Not exactly OSHA standards.

And what a shame because the Raleigh office staff and workers were so great, but the production side was ridiculous and for that reason, I cannot recommend Window Nation as a company. Too many delays (5) and scratches on the product.

I had to wait a long time. They came to put my windows in and they measured wrong. They had to put the old window back in and order the new one. I had to wait another month and wasn't very happy with that.

Salesman & the crew did a good job, but would have liked it better if the second worker spoke English . Would have preferred they had finished all the windowfirst , then install the French Doors. But , they did a good job.

My experience was good. The crew was about to leave without putting my blinds back up, but they made a call to someone and then did it with no problem. The windows look good, and I have no complaints.

Really happy with how the entire project played out, from the cost/quality value, communication and coordination, scheduling and installation. Very visible quality, happy with the choices and results.

Wrong color than what was agreed and contractually signed for the color I did not receive. Still have not received the $100 dining certificate as of today. The cruise is a bait and switch.
