I guess the days are gone when you hire a company to do a job and they walk away with the money and a job not finished
Service was professional, timely, and quality. The crew from beginning of process to the end were all knowledgeable and kind.
Great service. Danni was outstanding and very helpful with answers my questions. I will for sure to make another appointment for me when I need to replace my other windows.
Tinted windows.. no tint. Slider side open, changed by sales to other.. not good. Windows look good until you open them.. poor quality.. not even close to what we ordered.. failure on several levels.
A lot of options that are less expensive.
The project is now completed and nobody is contacting me. There are two unresolved issues.
Windows seem great so far, quick installation.
Gimmicky business model - would MUCH prefer transparency in regards to the cost instead of 'deals' and 'discounts'.
The windows installed on my home at 10002 now 20th Ave vanc.wa. are beautiful by windows world. The installers were very professional and on time extent job. Would recommend them and the co. To anyone. Pricing and materials very nice. They look great. Next time when we need more windows done will use windows world sales person was also very good. Very informed. Made us very comfortable. To make the purchase. Will contact them when needed. I appreciate the work. The 2 installers were great. Well done. I'm a disabled combat veteran. They made me very comfortable. Well worth it.Thank you God bless you all. Rick postell and debra.
Overall they use a good product that definitely exceeds our nearly 50 year old original windows.
Not informing us these windows are not approved by Oregon Energy Trust
They were great at everything they did. They made the process easy. They were awesome. The communication was great. It was an all-around awesome experience.
I would definitely recommend Window Nation. The windows have changed the house, and the windows really are the finishing touch. I believe Window Nation is the best option on the market.
The installer were on time, very efficient, kind and helpful with all of our questions. We absolutely love our new windows!
The installers forgot to caulk the top of 2 windows and the sliding door above the flashing the installed. My husband had to finish caulking.
We had a great experience with Window Nation! Their salesman, Ray, worked hard to get us the best deal on our windows and spent over three hours going over everything with us. From start to finish, communication was good. We had several questions along the way, and were easily able to text Ray with immediate response and answers. The install team was also great- they were thorough. Addressed my questions upfront and left the house spotless! Literally covered everything with plastic and drop clothes to protect it. At the end of every day, they would clean and make the house as livable as possible. They were also so fast! I wanted to keep my old windows and they set them all aside for me no problem. Our new windows are so nice and we have noticed such an improvement in our home efficiency. Window Nation continues to check in with us and has sent us several thank you gifts and notes. It’s nice to have a company who values customer care so much and is around if any issues arise. Absolutely recommended!
Overall great experience- great presentation- knowledgeable staff- great product - super warranty- very pleased with the service
They were on time and did a good job
You just popped in vinyl window frames and did not use the beautiful process Dani demonstrated. So disappointed!
I am still missing a screen. I called you guys, was talked down to and the guy hung up on me.
Sales, scheduling, and installation was thorough and professional. One of the three screens was missing at installation. They were aware of this though and ordered it the next business day.
There was an appt. scheduled today at 8a-10a, (Pacific Time) to repair the locks on 2 of the large windows when it was installed 5/31/24. No one showed up and have been waiting for a call back regarding this since 10:15a Pacific Time.
Firstly, I'd rate everything a 5 just to let it be known! I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend because they were extremely professional and answered all my questions with any indecisions and changes I had without complaining and any kind of negativity.
Not having all the product to make sure job was complete.Need someone to install screens in living room and family room.
One of the items is that the installers did not communicate with us very well, which resulted in damage and did not tell us that this happed, which resulted in us having to pay a repair guy to fix their mistakes. Another of those mistakes was the removal of a board on the window that the blinds hung on, they damaged a clip that the blinds clip to and then threw that board in the garbage that had all the clips on it and did not tell us they threw it away. They damaged the wall on both sides of the window, which resulted in us having to pay to have it repaired. They used the wrong silicone, which is one that could not be painted, and we just had our rooms painted, so that ended up us having to pay our repair guy to correct it by removing the unpaintable silicone and put the correct one in place. So basically, this added on more duress and cost to us then what should have been added, if things would have been done with more care and more communication.
The issues are 1. Sales person said that they would be our Project Manager, but when we had issues they quickly passed us off.
2. The installer wasn't given the proper parts, so he installed the windows with 6 inch exterior trip without the J channel we had discussed. It would have been fine if he used narrower 1-2 inch trim. When I spoke to him he passed the blame to my wife for okaying it. The problem is she didn't understand what he was saying. A WN inspector came out and said there was nothing that could be done. And he made no effort to rectify the problem.
