Ray was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, though the ‘sales pitch,’ I’m sure not solely up to him, was a bit much. We knew what we wanted and just wanted the final number without all of the hoopla.

Sales, measuring and all appointments went well. Install went well until rain shower interrupted cleanup and could have been better. It was offered to send someone out but we took care of it.

I definitely won’t be recommending Window Nation Portland to any of my family or friends. The installation and service fell short of the promises made by the sales agent.
