Price, quality, installation were exceptional. What I was most satisfied with was the open, timely, and thorough communication.

Consultation was very informative and streamlined, the crew that did the install worked quickly and were very friendly and respectful, took precautions to keep things in the home safe and orderly.

Overall I would say that window Nation did a good job. Not excellent, good. Up front. There was way too many emails for my liking. Also, not the fault of Window Nation, I was extremely disappointed with the locking mechanisms in the Milgard sliding glass doors. And the Milgard Windows did not open or close as easily as advertised by the salesperson from Window Nation.

The workers were on time getting here, and they were very polite and clean. They kept everything at my house protected that they were going to be working around. They worked very well together. I had two windows installed. One was a living room window, and one was a dining room window. They had one group working on the living room window and another group, at the same time, working on the dining room. It went smoothly and fairly quickly. It took them about four hours. The windows look beautiful. It made a big improvement. There's no air leaking or anything, and there was some stormy weather after they were installed. It stays warmer in there than before, and the house has been holding the heat better. We've had really cold weather lately. I'm very satisfied, and I thought they did a really great job. The windows look very sturdy, beautiful, and well-installed.

Not install correctly

The mess that was left. I very much appreciate the work they had to do to fix the front window. I paid them before they left. I assumed they cleaned it up. They didn't, I found nails in my plant barrels, in the grass where I and my family walk bare footed at all windows that were replaced. It wasn't just the new nails but mainly the old rusted nails. Both gentlemen were very respectful and explained everything they were doing. I paid 1400 dollars for the extra work which I'm very grateful for however it was just more work I had to do and still doing.
I also have been preparing for a tuff shed to be installed and the last thing I needed was another thing to do. I've been working on getting ready for the shed plus the windows being done.3 rooms in my house are in shambles cause of the window installation and 2 of 3 windows outsidestuff had to be moved. I'm emptying 2 smaller sheds and have to level and gravel for install
That is my only complaint but the mess was not timed right. There's more but I talked to ladies at the office.

The caulking on the exterior is awful. Ugly, Ugly, Ugly. Very disappointing.

So far, I am enjoying the windows that were put into my home, and I am keeping track every day to see what it is like. So far, everything is cool.

There was an issue with my widows, but I don't know whose fault it was or exactly how it happened. I don't want to beat them up on a public review if they come and make it right.

Easy sales process. Especially once they realized I'm more of the cut to the chase kind of guy.

I appreciated the professionalism and timeliness of the installation. I’m Upset that two windows out of 4 malfunctioned.

Ray was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, though the ‘sales pitch,’ I’m sure not solely up to him, was a bit much. We knew what we wanted and just wanted the final number without all of the hoopla.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Everyone was professional and personable. The windows are of good quality and the price was affordable.

I am unsure at this time. The winter and summer months will be the time to really assess the quality of the windows.

The windows are fantastic, and the customer service is amazing. We were kept in the loop every step of the process.

Our project took twice as long as originally estimated. There were issues, though they were eventually resolved to our satisfaction.
