Failed inspection, glad I only replaced one window.

It was smooth and fast.

I'm very pleased with my new door. The entire process went smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable salesman and installer. The door seems to be high quality and works great. I would use Window Nation again.

The sales person was spot on with what I expected. I told him my expectations and he did his best to satisfy my needs.

Screen came broken, trim on two windows are uneven.

The salesperson promised a different product than the one that was delivered.

From the salesperson coming and explaining your windows, too the installers everything went as promised!

The price initially quoted was very high and I don’t appreciate the price games being played with me. Price only good while salesman is there. You should always be able to get three quotes before making a decision on something expensive like windows etc.

Poor communication glass not clear

The project is not done yet, I left 2 messages to schedule completion, but no one is returning my calls. .

When contractors completed install of windows on Friday, Monday I get e-mails demanding release of financing even though they had not been inspected. I contacted them on both e-mails saying not to release but they did anyway. I never did find job completion is when install is done and I felt job isn't complete until inspected.

Experienced installers and they were personable.

After inspection today seal on one of the windows in front window was a concerns back kitchen window on outside has a dent

Well I liked what the salesman showed me when he came to the house. And the price was right, I right as it could be in these times. So I guess we'll see how efficient they are this winter once it gets down below 20°.

I feel the windows are good quality and have made a large impact on reducing noise and drafts.

My window opens crooked and it cannot be fixed is what I’ve been told.

Price was well above our budget, so we had to reduce the size of the order.

100 $ restaurant gift card is nonexistent as you have to give your credit card—-scam!
Installers were sloppy -caulking on the deck and windows dirty. They also broke my wife’s porcelain mushroom planter and didn’t tell us and hid it.
To screens were missing, sliding door kick lock stopped working after 3 days

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we never received a reminder near the time of instillation. At this point, we are inundated with confirmation or reminders of tasks to be completed ever day by our phones. I have become so accustomed to those prompts that the lack of acknowledgement, in this case, caused me to question whether I had the date and time correct.

Overall, I would prefer less communication from the services I subscribe to, but this went a little too far. I would suggest sending out a text OR email to confirm the date of instillation the morning of, or day before.

Great installation, installer went out of his way to do the job well.
Only mistake was a custom sliding door that was ordered too tall. The measuring tech should have known how end trusses work and that there was a limit on how tall it could be. I'm not happy that I still don't know (a week after my installation day) when we are going to get the right door installed. Scheduling hasn't been very accurate, right from the start

Not the best nor the worst. Some are good, some are not so good. Ok quality of windows and installation. Your salesman boasted more than reality. However, he is way more honest than other companies.

When I called them, a lady came out and showed me the products. Shortly after she came out, they scheduled someone to come out to measure the windows who was nice and courteous. They reached out several times with updates while waiting for my windows to be built. Three wonderful men came to install my new windows and even fixed my bracket for me, and they cleaned up very well. All in all, they did a wonderful job and were here when they said they would be. I love my new windows.

Still waiting on some 2 replacement windows as the grids are wrong

I didn't know Windows could be this chintzy and bad. They leak cold air like crazy the vinyl was damaged during installation. They are horrible, if I knew they were going to be this bad I would've never ordered these windows. I wish I would've been warned and I would've upgraded to something else. They are like toy windows. I hate them.

Great sales presentation from Andrea, who helped me choose windows that fit my goals. Overall communication was very good; I knew what to expect and when. Installation by the IEA team went smoothly. My windows look fantastic and operate well.

After our initial sales conversation with Andrea Peterson, everything felt very impersonal and automated. I spoke with a different customer service rep each time and had to call an 800 number every time I had a question or needed to proactively check in on our service appointment. One of our windows was also installed/delivered without a screen and we had to wait over a month to get the single screen installed in order to complete the job. Due to MN code, we also had to have CO/smoke detectors installed in our bedroom which was taken care of by Window Nation. However, the individual who installed them hung one upside down and another at an angle, causing me to drill additional holes in my walls to hang them properly.

Everyone was friendly, did great work, and my windows were ready and installed ahead of the estimated schedule.

Windows installed on 9-29-25, but did not install the screen on our sliding glass door. They said they would check into it. Have heard nothing & still waiting???

Great experience

They measured way too fast. Our sliding door did not fit. Had two wait another months One window came broken, that happens. We waited another 2 months and they sent the wrong window. We’ve had to take days off for these mistakes.
