When I called them, a lady came out and showed me the products. Shortly after she came out, they scheduled someone to come out to measure the windows who was nice and courteous. They reached out several times with updates while waiting for my windows to be built. Three wonderful men came to install my new windows and even fixed my bracket for me, and they cleaned up very well. All in all, they did a wonderful job and were here when they said they would be. I love my new windows.

I didn't know Windows could be this chintzy and bad. They leak cold air like crazy the vinyl was damaged during installation. They are horrible, if I knew they were going to be this bad I would've never ordered these windows. I wish I would've been warned and I would've upgraded to something else. They are like toy windows. I hate them.

Great sales presentation from Andrea, who helped me choose windows that fit my goals. Overall communication was very good; I knew what to expect and when. Installation by the IEA team went smoothly. My windows look fantastic and operate well.
After our initial sales conversation with Andrea Peterson, everything felt very impersonal and automated. I spoke with a different customer service rep each time and had to call an 800 number every time I had a question or needed to proactively check in on our service appointment. One of our windows was also installed/delivered without a screen and we had to wait over a month to get the single screen installed in order to complete the job. Due to MN code, we also had to have CO/smoke detectors installed in our bedroom which was taken care of by Window Nation. However, the individual who installed them hung one upside down and another at an angle, causing me to drill additional holes in my walls to hang them properly.
Everyone was friendly, did great work, and my windows were ready and installed ahead of the estimated schedule.
Windows installed on 9-29-25, but did not install the screen on our sliding glass door. They said they would check into it. Have heard nothing & still waiting???

They measured way too fast. Our sliding door did not fit. Had two wait another months One window came broken, that happens. We waited another 2 months and they sent the wrong window. We’ve had to take days off for these mistakes.

I had a good experience with Window Nation. They did everything in 1 day and it did not disrupt my house. They offered a better deal then other places, and the sales guy and installation team were nice.
Delighted with the new windows! I was dreading this huge project, getting all new windows and replacing the sliding glass door. But the project went smoothly, the install team was great and the windows are beautiful.
One window cracked on delivery schedule to be replaced. Second window cracked after installation. Called about replacement. Is the later cracking related to some latent failure mode? Will others crack as well? Time will tell jury is out
The representative with Window Nation isn't getting back to us about a rebate that we're eligible for. We need him to fill out something. Also, the whole warranty process takes long for things to be fixed/adjusted.

Totally disappointed broken window have to wait to be replaced Cardboard over that. 2 screens should have 4 in the order telling me 10- 24. Total bull****, still have 3 windows and a door not with this installment

Sliding glass door said it was custom made and it wasn't. Door was smaller by 2 inches on all sides and they just filled. It in with foam.
Have a issue with a window you installed, and have not gotten a response for when you are coming to fix. It's been six days now. Still waiting, supposedly, parts are supposed to be in Sept 18, after I was told they are in whse in stock
Very thing from the home visit, the presentation about the windows and heat lamp he demonstrated to me on my kitchen table. That was important to me and all information you stand by.
