Sliding glass door said it was custom made and it wasn't. Door was smaller by 2 inches on all sides and they just filled. It in with foam.

Have a issue with a window you installed, and have not gotten a response for when you are coming to fix. It's been six days now. Still waiting, supposedly, parts are supposed to be in Sept 18, after I was told they are in whse in stock

Very thing from the home visit, the presentation about the windows and heat lamp he demonstrated to me on my kitchen table. That was important to me and all information you stand by.

I liked the quick response to questions and issues.

I liked price and original presentation I on what choices I had but being directly put thru steps with just paperwork without some on hands info know we can call but I never got in touch with sales and_or his manager thru out the whole process when I called never got call back. Of course different when had to talk about money then I got calls back.
Being left trying to figure some time had to complete things. Inspection is happening 9/4. Then I suspect may e I will get the itemized bill.
Good installation though.

They were efficient and good.

The contractors worked efficiently and neatly, did a great job and finished early.

Inside frame came short exposing much of the inside wall. Installer said ok just paint, however would need sanding, mudding painting the whole room. Eventually they agreed to install a wider frame around the interior window

Poor follow up, windows not Installed properly, left tape adhesive on the outside of windows, missing screens, poorly constructed screens, CEO never returned my email that he gave to contact him at

They were very personable and understanding and did everything they could to help.

Calvin was great and we enjoyed working with him.

It was difficult to have communication with them after the windows are installed.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish.

I was disappointed by the salesman, and by the person that measured the window sizes. The men installed the windows did an excellent job. They went out of their way to satisfy the needs of this installment.

The customer service at each step was top-notch. I was informed of the processes all along the way. The quality of the installation was really good. It is all beautiful. I had a couple of questions after, and they took care of everything immediately. They had really great customer service and really good product. I really like my windows a lot.

I am waiting for a $1k refund from my salesmen. Once I get that I would be happy to change things. The installers came on the wrong day. My wife works from home in a secured room because of her job. Crew said they were going to charge us if they had to leave and come back. We had to let them in to do the windows. Both my wife and I were out of a whole days work.

Some of the paperwork had to be redone or wasn’t passed along in a timely manner. They forgot one window and the first installers made small gouges in woodwork, left (flammable) cleaning product and only at the very end posted a ‘lead warning’ but never discussed it with us at all.

The way the installers kept asking if everything looked good while installing, and answering any questions we had.

I ended up calling the city myself to get an appointment for the inspection. So I still have no idea if it was done right or correctly and this is 3 weeks out.

Windows are great. Patio door - there were several pieces too short. The manager came the next day with some, but they did not fit. Was told would hear back either way if had pieces in warehouse or ordering. Have not heard back.

Window Nation - Minneapolis, MN did an excellent job. I have no quirks at all. I was happy to rate them at check out. It was very pleasant, even though it was not cheap. I had to write two checks to them, one at the beginning, and one at the end. Both of those checks were very satisfying to write!

The windows look good and the installers did a very good install.
