The entire process from sales to installation was great

Window Nation did their best to make sure I was satisfied with their product. They also make sure they follow up on any questions you have. If they cannot get a hold of you, they do whatever to make it right.

Easy to work with. Willing to do windows in small groupings instead of insisting it be all at once allowing us to stay in our budget.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the windows, especially how they applied to our home and how each of the products would benefit it. The installation process was easy, and they did an excellent job. Scheduling was also easy. The installation crew was great and did not damage our landscaping.

I am very disappointed that i wasn't informed on how the windows would fit. I had no idea my blinds won't fit inside my window. I have an inch to work with otherwise I'm forced to put the blinds on the outside. My living room has the bay type windows and my upstairs bedroom are my main concern. I expressed my concern to the installers that the sales rep never mentioned i would be losing so much space. They told me I should have gotten the new construction windows with the flange so I would have the space for the blinds. I would have considered that if I would have been informed. I've been stressing about the additional choosy since it seems I'm going to have to go with custom blinds. The window is self looks OK. There are some factor things that I'll just have to live with. I have spent what averages just over a thousand dollars a window to be very disappointed.

The process was pretty seamless. The quality of the product is worth the money. We would definitely consider using them again for our next window project.

Up front, communication was not dependable between Supplier/manufacturing and installation scheduling. The schedule to install was delayed twice, before waiting for the windows to reach the schedulers hands. Third time was a charm and the windows were installed the next day.
Installation is not acceptable. 27 pictures of missed, poor and inconsistent craftsmanship.

No follow up from the sales guy. He made the sale and never heard from him again. The installers left a mess. The stepped on my freshly planted flowers and killed them and left slivers of wood and trash on the ground. I found cigarette butts among the debris. It appears they kicked a hole in my front bushes. I expected construction dust but did not expect to spend hours cleaning up outside. There was a part missing from both dome windows. The installer told me someone would be out the next day with the missing parts. It has been a week. I received an email saying it will be 2-3 weeks. Installation should not occur until all the parts are available

Price seemed high for three windows.

Very aggressive sales people. After contract signed and several weeks have gone by, receive a call that they don’t have the finish for the trim we wanted in the particular model we choose. Then another week or so goes by and they don’t have the SIZE of the window we want in a bathroom. Aren’t these windows made to order?? Installers were great but they left screws in the driveway. Thankful I found them before any tires did.

Be clear on the time and mess this will entail. A better schedule in a follow up inspection.

Professional sales team and very professional installers

Installation quality was extremely poor. Two attempts to install properly, the initial installation and the rework, were both unacceptable. The windows were not blocked properly to support trim installation, resulting in crooked trim lines, overhangs, and bowing. The attitudes of the installers were confrontational, unprofessional, and condescending. They simply refused to make the effort to do the work properly, even saying so out loud. They pointed out why they were doing a bad job, but refused to take the necessary steps to correct it so they could do it right. They bad mouthed their associates at all levels and roles. Now we, as home owners, have to either have to hire true professionals to re-do the work or we have to do it ourselves. And yes, even we can do a better job. If we were able to, we would rip out all these windows and have a window company that takes pride in their work and has the skillsets necessary to to do a quality job.

Window install and service we have received since install have been great. The sales aspect was not acceptable for us. We were told we got ZERO PAYMENT Zero interest financing for the portion of our purchase that we financed, however, we received a statement with a monthly amount due shortly after install. After many attempts, I was finally able to speak with the "sales manager" and he informed us that the financing that was run for us was NOT ZERO PAYMENT and the only way to correct was to run our credit again. This is not acceptable! He then said he would get us a payback for the mistake but I have not heard
