Communication with a person between the sale and install was lacking. The unknown about weather affecting install was scary as no one had answers to if it was going to be canceled or not. Our screen door was built incorrectly but was handled professionally with solutions.

Our sales rep Kirsten was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The sales "pitch" was a little repetitious, but I understand her training probably emphasizes the importance to being detailed, informative and persistent. We had done a little price shopping and got a strong recommendation from a trusted friend that this is a good product competitively priced.
I am very happy with the way my windows look. They have only been in a week, I have already noticed a difference.
