Better quality control of the windows before installation.
I would tell someone about window Nation but you are extremely high but I would tell them and show them what you did for me.
My Newly installed windows were left with stickers on them, the installers body sweat and just generally dirty. Why would I spend $12,000 for 11 custom windows and have them left in this condition it's beyond my comprehension.
Very good service. Wonderfully installers.
There’s a defect with the handle on each window. I was told they have a fix for the problem and will repair or replace them.
This has been a long drawn out process. One minute you say can do something and the call back and say you can’t and never hear back for you for weeks. We have also received calls stating you can now do the changes. I’m not sure if the employees are well educated on the product.
They basically destroyed my whole house and did the whole installation incorrectly. Now I'm waiting to see if they will fix it.
The windows were exactly what I wanted.
Still missing a screen on one window and the caulk job on the frame of the same window needs fixing
The finish of the windows disappointed me. Got the job done and crew was great but I’ve gone through Champions Windows and they’re finish of the windows looks better
I would recommend window nation because the windows are great quality and the whole process went smoothly.
They might not be the best in the industry but the service . Installation and pricing. Puts them at the top in my opinion.
Efficient, polite, responsive, immediately fixed one problem
They came in and knocked it out, real quick. It looks professional and good.
The windows we're installed on July fifteen, and we're having condensation issue and I could not get anybody to get back with me on servicing them.
I have waited almost two weeks for a follow up to the issues that were reported at install. I intentionally waited to complete the survey giving someone an opportunity to reach out with an update. It would have been a five if someone would have reached out. Also, it would have been nice to have the windows cleaned after install.
Create flashing that fits half round windows so other people don't end up with creases like mine. And don't deliver windows that have missing parts. And don't tell people you're selling "custom" windows when you can't create custom windows. And the grids in the half round windows do not line up with the grids in the lower double hung windows.
Incredible product! The windows are only as good as the installer! They were exceptional & we feel as if we’re in our brand new home! For a home that was built in 1955…it’s solid as a rock. The gorgeous windows look amazing for sure! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY’S product & installers. They got rid of all of the wood rot, replaced the wood & then proceeded to install windows! We are THRILLED w/our windows…100%
Everything was great, the original salesperson that came out Dylan Davis was incredible. Great personality, great to talk with, very knowledgeable. Really great character.
The entire process from sales to installation was great
Window Nation did their best to make sure I was satisfied with their product. They also make sure they follow up on any questions you have. If they cannot get a hold of you, they do whatever to make it right.
Easy to work with. Willing to do windows in small groupings instead of insisting it be all at once allowing us to stay in our budget.
The sales representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the windows, especially how they applied to our home and how each of the products would benefit it. The installation process was easy, and they did an excellent job. Scheduling was also easy. The installation crew was great and did not damage our landscaping.
I do not generally make recommendations.
I am very disappointed that i wasn't informed on how the windows would fit. I had no idea my blinds won't fit inside my window. I have an inch to work with otherwise I'm forced to put the blinds on the outside. My living room has the bay type windows and my upstairs bedroom are my main concern. I expressed my concern to the installers that the sales rep never mentioned i would be losing so much space. They told me I should have gotten the new construction windows with the flange so I would have the space for the blinds. I would have considered that if I would have been informed. I've been stressing about the additional choosy since it seems I'm going to have to go with custom blinds. The window is self looks OK. There are some factor things that I'll just have to live with. I have spent what averages just over a thousand dollars a window to be very disappointed.
