I had called them about a couple of options I needed clarification on, and no one ever returned my call.
I cannot recommend Window Nation because they do not keep their word or provide support. They do not stand behind their product.
Communicative through whole process, can actually talk to your specific rep. Installation crew showed up a few minutes early, started prepping outside, before even knocking on the door. Crew was professional, organized, clean and fast. Could not even tell they had been in the house. Not to mention the windows look great!
The measurement and installment process were very quick, and I had good communication with the schedulers.
Although BART was great and saved us, the salesperson Michael was HORRIBLE and I will probably never use Window Nation again
I have tried to reach my sales person and many others multiple times with no response. I am having an issue with a door and need to have it fixed but no one will return my calls.
Original order was wrong (5 of 6 windows ordered)l. Salesman could not provide copy of order ; he said “trouble” with IPad. I called several times to fix order. Salesman never responded. Window measurement technician had order for 6 windows. Window proposal from previous year (sliding door install) shows quote air “all” windows. Emailed Bart Beard at WN about this and error in billing amount (sent copy of bill). Mr. Beard said he saw no mention if 6 windows on proposal (what I tried to correct). He saw no issue on ebullient error.
I am without the last window ordered. I am obtaining help on this situation. WN owes me the 6th window and billing error. In addition, salesman took my $500 off certificate from previous order but did not list it on the first order. He failed to tell me about other discounts (50%off; senior citizen; buy two get 1 free). Either that latest discount, it would have covered window #6.
I like the window design itself, and the fact that it is keeping my area near that window warmer because it’s keeping out cold air getting through
My in-laws referred us as they had a good experience with you guys and we liked how their windows looked. Our experience with the sales guy who came to our house was ok. He didn’t have examples to show me or color examples which I was disappointed but since I liked how my in laws windows looked - we went with you guys without getting any other quotes (which looking back I highly regret). I was under the impression we were getting frame out windows (full window replacement) by what I described to the sales guy what I wanted and by him giving us no options on different types of windows, leaving me to believe full frame out windows was what we were getting as he said “they will look exactly the same as what I have but in white” (as we were going with white windows).
He then stated the guy who will come to measure the windows would bring me color examples to be sure on my choice for exterior color. But of course the measurement guy did not have samples when he came.
Then came our install day. I was shocked to see that the windows were not at all what I had expected. The thickness added basically looks like double trim on the interior, not at all similar to my previous windows. And the exterior looks off as well. My actual light coming through the windows has decreased drastically. And I find myself brainstorming how I can hide these windows as I hate the way they look and are not what we wanted or were described to us by our sales guy.
We reached out wondering if the windows were just installed incorrectly. Someone else came out and he did state that they are installed correctly for this type of window making it obvious we were sold the wrong type of window. But even he agreed that our kitchen window that looks the worst definitely needed replaced. He stated that’s all he had control over and would send our issues to the “higher ups”. He stated that my kitchen window which he remeasured will be a full frame out replacement window (which is what we wanted to begin with). When he came to remeasure my window he suggested/gave the option of adding thicker trim around all of our windows to help “hide” the added thickness from these being retrofitted windows and not the kind we wanted. While I appreciated his efforts in trying to help make these windows look better that is not going to help this situation. A few weeks went by and we didn’t hear any more news. I called him on Monday, May 11, and he said someone should have reached out by now and he would remind them. After reaching out yet another time I received a call from Phil on 5/22/26. I returned his call and he stated that he will have to bring this issue to another “higher up”. I waited over a week 1/2 then called again, no answer.. sent a text… no response. I then reached back out to Mike, who stated he would get someone to contact me ASAP…. crickets.
I am very frustrated as we were referred to you guys because we were happy with how my in-laws windows looked and ours look nothing like theirs. I’m not sure why our sales guy gave us no options and presented our new windows would look the same as before (with being white)… when instead the whole look and vibe of my home has changed. As you know full frame out compared to retrofitted windows has a drastic impact on the interior design of a home.
Overall I feel like we were scammed. Very unprofessional company to keep saying they will take my concerns to the “higher ups” yet it’s been months and I have no resolution. Completely unacceptable.
Customer service is terrible with response time

Honestly it’s the lack of communication. I’m still missing my screens and have reached out multiple times to see when I was getting them and we had talked about compensation and yet there’s no communication. I’ve had my loan started for 2 months and still don’t have my screens. I’ve tried calling Phil to see when there’s resolution and no answers or return calls or emails. I will be reopening the BBB complaint.
