Great experience from start to finish. Window Nation was recommended from a previous customer.

The workers arrived on time and allowed me to ask questions. They finished the job in 3 hours, and the windows give my house a brighter look. When the snow and cold weather came through earlier this week, there were no cold drafts coming through the windows. Hooray!

We felt the quality of the windows is very good. They kept us informed about the windows arrival which came when they said. They sent a guy who measured all the windows and went over the final order with us. They took great measures to make sure everything was right. The installation team was scheduled and arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful of our home. They were very organized and professional completing the job the same day. Following the completion of the job we were contacted by installation and our sales person to see if we had any concerns. Window Nation did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

My only complaint is that when we had our consultation, the salesman showed us the heat test and guaranteed us that our windows would not get hot. But our windows get VERY hot and I feel ripped off. I could have paid much less for the same windows somewhere else, but I wanted the good windows that don't let heat in. This is not what we got though.

The price ended up reasonable with very solid windows. One drawback I was told was going to replace rotted window sill and the frame. They knock out window sill only and cover with vinyl/aluminum. Plus I had to mention to replace outside frame ones or they were just going to cover those too with leaving rotted wood on

Everything! Price, quality, workmanship, the measurement team, the installation team, sales - honest, focused on exactly what I want (no pressure or focus on upselling for something I didn’t want, no bashing the competition, etc. Quite frankly, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Please stop with these pleas for recommendations. We had no problems with the people, the scheduling, and thus far we are pleased with our windows with one exception: the installation crew had to remove a metal garden arch by our dining room window. They did so, leaving it standing off balance between our house and our neighbor’s and never replaced it. A strong wind - which we often get off the lake - could have blown it over and into the neighbor’s.

They were the only window specialists who were willing to come out for just one window as opposed to replacing all of them.

They did a very professional job very efficient and appears to be quality materials.

First installation was done poorly and needed to schedule 2 more service calls to make door right. I had to rearrange my work day 3 times for one door install.

My neighbor wanted an estimate and I could not get them over there.
