They don't call you back when there are issues. They make unnecessary charges for removing materials that they did not remove.
Your company went above and beyond my expectations while installing my windows. The individuals working on our house were extremely polite and professional and would answer questions if we had any!

The men who worked at my home were so nice and knew what they were doing. The doors could not be installed on the first day, just the windows. But, they were installed beautifully. Then, today, another crew came to install two new exterior doors. This is the first time since I purchased my home there are no gaps around the doors. They actually lock and open easily. Unlike my old doors that needed pliers to open! The quality of workmanship was outstanding!
I would not recommend a company with this level of lack for customer service or satisfaction.

The quality of the product and installation was awesome. Customer service is not up to par. I called in several times about several complaints. Each time I get, "let me talk to my manager, they will call you back." I never hear back from them.
The workers were polite. They answered my questions and did a good job cleaning up. I appreciate them. They were nice people. I could ask them any questions. They did a good job!
Our sales rep, Kristian, was great. The scheduling team was great. The measuring team was great. The installers did great job as well other than a few things that were more than likely out of their control. There were two double hung windows in two bedrooms that had two different grid patterns in each room. One of the windows had a bent lift rail and two windows were missing full flex screens that were on the order. Our installation was completed on 11/29/21 and we have reached out the service team and are scheduled for these issues to be corrected in the following week(s). If all goes well with the corrections needed in a timely manner, then I would be more than willing to recommend to a friend and consider for future projects.
Do not think I got buy two windows get two free for a price tag over $8000 for seven windows.
The screens are subpar acceptance. They do not fit into the frames correctly. The frame is completely bent. When we were looking at windows, they showed me a window that is a complete arm away, like the one in my kitchen. They let us try a sample of the window that would accommodate me and would be easy to open. The window installed is harder to open and close than the window that was replaced. I can barely crack it, by pushing up with my fingers. It is mainly the screens, and opening the windows, that I am dissatisfied with. I am looking for the company to get back and rectify the issues. With what we paid, I cannot believe the quality. It is unacceptable.

The window was not installed properly. I have called WN one to many times. They went to my house to repair the window - the repair that was made was worst then what it was. It's not only that I gave called one too many times. Its that the window is not fixed. I paid $8000 and the problem is still there.
The people that came the 2nd day to do the finishing on the windows were rushed and sloppy. They left cocking everywhere, and I had to seal them.

I am really not satisfied with the work that they did. The guys who did the work lied to us and said they would come back and hang our blinds back up, and they didn't. It took 4 months for them to install the windows. And the price was extremely ridiculous for four windows. We have gotten pries lower from other companies. We were overpriced and they took too long. Then the company lied about putting our blinds up and made excuses. Then we had to call and have them come back out for the window installed in the kitchen. It wouldn't lock without me struggling to lock it. The overall experience was not that great.

No.... I expected professional work for $11,000 and I didn't receive that. The installers were very nice, hard-working Hispanics but were not skilled in the things that matter to me like the caulking and the fact that the one window in the kitchen shows moisture fogging even though it is locked and not open. Also none of the screens fit so we are waiting for new screens to be delivered... Seriously? And the fact that we were supposed to give the balance of our bill to the installers---seriously?? Are you supposed to be comfortable handing $8000 to installers??? I don't think so. Sorry but you asked me to be honest and this is where we are at right now.
Also, just as a side note, we told Dominick that we were donating our old windows (which were less than a year old) to Habitat for Humanity. This was information that should have been know by everyone. And yet we were informed that my husband was responsible for the installation taking too long because the installers had to be extra careful in removing the old windows. That is simply not true.
We would appreciate somebody coming to see about the window in the kitchen that shows moisture .... please.

I have 2 bathroom windows that slope back towards the window and not away from it. The installer said they were to tall for the hole and he couldn't get the slope right. I sent pictures in as I was instructed after receiving a phone call but still waiting for someone to come out and take a look. The damaged screens are scheduled to be replaced in a week or so.
The process was easy and the windows look very professionally installed. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

The only reason we had a problem was when we ordered the windows on January 16th, we did not have them installed until august and we very disgusted that it took that long 8 months and it seemed a little extreme.
