My salesman promised me a certain quality that was supposed to be like the sample he used in the demonstration, but the windows are poor quality and not worth the money. Also, the installation was sloppy and never showed us any use, features or benefits and skipped the final walk through.

They were very quick with the installation and polite, and even had to brave the bees from one of our shutters. They were really good.

Probably one of the best products on the market! I am not a window or door tech person. All I know is the house stays warmer and cooler when it is supposed to. The sun is not as hot coming in. It all does exactly what they said it would do.

The installation service was terrible. The coking of the outside windows is visibly grossly done.
In the beginning phase, I was offered a 500.00 in a gift card because I wanted to cancelled the project. I accepted it reluctantly. I was not informed that this "gift Card" was to be given to family and friends who are shopping for windows, not to my personal use. I just discovered this later.

I would never refer this company to anyone because I don't want anyone to go through the kind of experience I went through.

We are very pleased with our windows, we noticed an immediate difference in our home. No drafts and much improved consistent indoor temperatures.

The install was fast which was nice but they took out all the windows at once so my house temp dropped to 41 and killed 3 of my houseplants. The work shook the house and some things fell off my shelves. They never said anything to me but once they left I found shattered candles on the table they had clearly picked up, not informed me of being broken, and left. Originally the person I signed the contract with said if there was any rot or wood damage under the windows it would be repaired when the windows were installed but when the installer came, he said they don’t even look at the wood, and they would not fix it or even inform me of any problems they found. Lastly, they didn’t clean any of the windows before leaving so all the new windows had foam spray, caulk drips, and fingerprints all over them that I had to clean before I could enjoy the windows. Overall I would not recommend.

I referred Window Nation to others because they had a third party come out and they did them professionally. They cared about the inside of the home and not just the windows.

The only problem I had with the project is that they didn't complete the job and haven't come back yet either. I had someone from Window Nation come by and look at my patio door. He said that there should have been molding around the patio door on the outside. My son used Window Nation for his patio door, and he said the same thing. The molding on the outside of the patio door was not installed. This needs to be done soon as the weather is getting worse. I haven't heard back from Window Nation.

In the Indianapolis area we were able to get windows made for my opening, and I had full frame openings done on my house. In the end, I had the perect window going all the way out to the brick on my house. I was very pleased with the end look of my windows.

The work was done satisfactorily, but it was not completed, and I have been waiting three weeks for them to come back and finish what they did not do. I am frustrated that it is taking this long and no one has shown up yet. The installation was done well, but they did not do the trim.
