Job not complete. Window left out and now trying to charge me more than the agreed upon price. Went from a 5 star rating to 1 star. I have been hesitant to put a review online in hopes that the issue was resolved, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. I would have preferred to rate everything 5 stars.

They were professional and respectful to our home. They were clean.

There was a glitch during the installation causing one window not to operate properly. The installer said the small piece that broke would be replaced, but it took several weeks and several calls to nail down that little piece and have it installed. It appears that it was so small an issue that it was overlooked, and I was disappointed. Eventually, it was taken care of.

Windows are beautiful and installers did a awesome job wrapping them up

Overall the few concerns I had were minor, and the product is very good. I would not have any reservations over recommending Window Nation to family or friends.

I have had nothing but problems. First the wrong windows were ordered. Secondly sensors for window alarms could not be put back until the replacement windows were installed, leaving my home with only front door and back door alarmed. Thirdly, it took 6 weeks for windows with sash to be replaced only to find out replacement windows did not have the uv rating my original windows had, making me ineligible for the energy rebate. I find customer service is a lot to be desired. After sending e mails, text and phone calls, to customer service, the sales person and the person who ensures that the job is done satisfactorily, they finally got back to me telling me they are working on resolving the latest issue, meaning replacing the windows with the uv factor which is under .20 before January 31, 2026, providing me with the documentation required for the $1,400 so I can reapply for the rebate or Window Nation issue me a check for $1,400 since all of this would not be an issue if the order and change order was submitted correctly.

There were no surprises. Everything the salesman explained to me was exactly how the installation went. They replaced all the rotted wood as I was told they would do. I would highly recommend them.

Paid 13K for 9 windows. Original estimate was in 24k range, bargained to 14k . I said I only had 12k so salesman called manager on cell. Volume was high so I heard manager say 12k is fine. Salesman says ok, manager says we can meet in middle at 13k. I was uncomfortable calling out an untruth so, I agreed. But the price should be the price and we shouldn't have to HOPE we bargained for best deal. Im mad at myself for not calling him out on what I clearly heard.

All appointments were met right on time. Trish was very friendly. Knowledgeable and great to work with and the installers quick friendly and clean.

Install took extended time because 1 installer went home ill after he spent 30 minutes in our bathroom. Wasnt sure if he had a GI problem or was shooting heroin. Other installer was great, apologetic, and eventually finished the job. Window very pleased with. Doors not really pleased. They still have orange tabs at the bottom we cant remove, plastic on the hinges, scratches from something sharp and chipping paint. Bo one has ever called us or stopped by to verify the install was correct and if we were happy. After 25k I expect a little more.

This question is hard to answer at this point . Still need to repair or replace 4 widows or components.

The windows are excellent and the men who installed them did a phenomenal job. They took the time to cover our plants outside and cover our carpet inside. They also cleaned up when they finished.

The installation was acceptable but they pocketed change from my change jar and also left without reinstalling window blinds nor put anything back in place. I am partly disabled and 80 years old. They left no paperwork of any kind. Very poor

We decided to install new windows this year to specifically take advantages of the energy rebates available by the state of CT and the IRS. We discussed this at length with our salesman. We felt confident with what he was telling us. It wasn’t until the installation was complete and we were preparing to submit the rebates that we found not one of the windows would qualify. To qualify a window needs to have a meet a U-factor “less than or equal to 0.20". We purchased 16 windows. We even referred a friend who installed many windows in her multi family home in Ansonia. She too wanted to take advantage of the rebates. Additionally, we were told there was a $500 referral bonus. Well, that didn’t happen either. I sent an email to Amy at customer care and did not get a response. There were also some installation issues as well. One window is missing a screen. One of the side window screens installed with the large picture window does not sit correctly in the frame and it has a tear.

The window quality is good, and pricing seems fair, but keeping appointment times and lack of communication are where my dissatisfaction lies. Also, the way the windows were installed left the inside window sills looking bad. I need to hire someone to refinish the insides.

I was told I was getting a four panel bow window. I received two full panels and two pull up and down side windows. The trimming in not nails properly I can lift it with my fingers and there is no caulking around the window. I didn’t expect corbels on the exterior to hold the windows up. No change from what I had

Window nations team was very good and fast, they replaced 25 windows in 1 day. Very fast, clean, and respectful. Came the day they were scheduled and on time. Very good work as well.

It's a team that came out to put my windows in was amazing. They were very professional, very thorough cleaned up after themselves and very respectful. I definitely would recommend them time and time again.

Your crew left my house a complete mess dinged scratched my walls, my floor and my window sills. Dripped caulking on my siding, Trex decking and bulkhead.

The salesman leaves a little to be desired. After talking to him about additional windows, he gave me a good price. But after telling him that I would think about it for a couple days, I decided to do it . But he never returned my call. So I am disappointed at that.

Sorry, I don't recommend companies to other people. I was burned years ago doing that. The person I recommended a company to had a bad experience and came back at me. But I do tell them who did the work and that I am satisfied.

I didn't like few windows, too wide the panel and less class.

Installers were difficult to communicate with and nobody informed them that they needed masonry screws

The installation team did a nice job, however I am assuming the windows were shipped with marks they couldn’t remove. They did try as well as I did too. So I have streaks ( marks) on my window (s) that are visible to the eye. They also had a hard time removing 2 windows and whatever they sprayed ( something with an oil base) has stained my wall.

Overall, the experience was very good with a few minor disappointments. The windows look great.
