Horrible communication and scheduling issues prevent me from recommending without a LOT of caveats.

In May, someone came to measure my windows, then, I was given an installation date later in May. The date came and they installed all my windows except 2 that were the wrong size. Then, I got a call about 6 weeks later that someone coming was coming re-measure the windows. After the re-measure it was two MONTHS until I got my next install date. Guess what?!! These windows didn't fit either. In August, got a call that someone was coming AGAIN (this will be the 3rd time they measured). Finally, in October, they installed windows that fit! May first install, October final install. Six months for get it right. This is ridiculous!! This is their JOB! How do they ever get repeat customers or referrals??! Very poor experience. They should offer some kind of competition for their very poor performance.

You asked: The sliders were not installed properly. Now it has been 9 days , and no one has contacted me to come out to look and fix them!

Window Nation went to the town and told them they were installing windows. After the installation, the town said the window doesn't comply with the town's codes. A professional company should know that codes change. We were told that they have to be bigger windows so firefighters can get in.

The sales representative was excellent, and answered all of my questions. Everything was done timely, as he had said. The Installation was clean and smooth.

Had complete understanding of cost and benefits of taking care of a problem we have had for quite sometime! Now when it is warm outside and I run my AC the house stays cool and the central air conditioner doesn’t go on as often! Heading for winter and we will see how well they contain the heat! So looking forward to no drafts!

It's not about the installation or the company; it's about the process, measuring the windows. Originally, it was the wrong size. They said for me to sign the contract because they needed the 60% down. I said that it doesn't look like my window, and they argued with me. I did not like that.

I like their engineering. Window Nation is way better in quality and customer service than Anderson. Anderson's engineering was not quite right from the factory. There were flaws.

This windows were installed lest than a month ago, I found something with them and I called the company and they told me that someone was going to can and fix the problem, they give me the appointment I canceled an appointment to wait for the person to can and they called me 7:45am to tell me that no one gas coming and they were coming next week. The next week came but no one showed up when I called to find out what happened no one seemed to know anything, I was transferred from one person to another. I will not recommend this company, and I still have the problem they have not solved yet.

I was dissatisfied because they put in the windows but didn't put in the new frames. They used the old ones. I told them they needed to use new frames, that some of the frames were rotted. I wasn't crazy about that part, that they didn't replace the frames. I'm satisfied with the new windows.

The workmanship and the quality

Efficient, job completed in one day. Very professional installation. Installation team left the house as clean as they found it. Fair price for excellent product.

At this time, I wouldn't recommend you to install a sign on my lawn.Which by the way, you didn't. Thank you for that!

The men where very nice and polite. Did their job, cleaned up afterwards.They did make a hole in my back door screen, but I got it fixed they could have said something but they did not and did not want to make a big deal out of it. I am a quite person and keep to myself, I did not mention to the office people but my neighbors said I should. Other than that they where very good.

Good affordable windows, installation crew did not communicate well but did a good job.

The overall experience with Windows Nation was excellent. From the initial schedule, sales visit, install, and after install visit, we were extremely happy with all aspects of the process. Specifically the sales vist and install. Tom did an excellent job reviewing Windows Nations products and capabilities and was very knowledgeable in all aspects. The flex screen was also a very nice feature that certainly helped with the sale. Tito and his team did an excellent job installing and were very professional. The quality install work of the exterior casing was much better than I have seen on other vinyl window casings in the neigborhood. Had an issue with a missing and screen with bent frame although these replacements were dealt with in an expeditious manner. Overall I was very happy with the job and would recommend Windows Nation to a friend or a neighbor.

From the moment Jad walked through my door to discuss product and pricing to when Angel and his crew left, I was very satisfied with their professionalism, willingness to listen, patience, and friendliness.

The handle does not sit flush, and it is hard to get the window open. I feel I need some compensation for that. I cannot use my window.

Also, the link that the sales Rep gave me to review him got flagged at malware by my security software. Not sure why, but I couldn't review him.

They did a good job.

Their sales tactics are very pushy. We specifically asked them if the windows were energy certified in our state (massachusetts) they told us yes they were and would be able to apply to the mass save program to get the window rebates. The only reason we were going to attempt to do this project anyway was to be able to get the rebates since our energy bill is so high. They are in fact energy star, just NOT CERTIFIED in ALL OF NEW ENGLAND! They claim that they showed us other options like triple pain glass ( they did not, only in their presentation they showed us why this were so much better then the triple pain and way more affordable, and higher effeciency. All this may be true, BUT when asked repeatedly about our state specifically they told me yes and i could apply for the rebate and home heat loan through mass save. THIS ISNT TRUE! If you use this company make sure you ask them for the model number of the windows before you sign any paperwork. They didn’t show us any pictures or item#s of the windows on the sales sheet or contract. DO ALL YOUR DO DILIGENCE IF MOVING FORWARD WITH THEM

2guys to do 13 windows and a door took 11 hours way too long for me to do in one day

One of the windows was missing the screen...I had a difficult time connecting with someone to fix it.
