The process from sale to installation was relatively straight forward. We did have a miss-understanding with respect to two picture windows that were replaced as we originally believed we would be able to keep the existing windows and only replace the exterior panes. Unfortunately, we also had 3 windows arrive for installation which were the wrong size which led to a delay in completion of the job and the need to replace the original windows which had already been removed. The install team did a great job keeping the inside clean, but we have found many screws and nails around the exterior of the house. All in all, the windows are a dramatic improvement over the old windows and have made the winter much more comfortable in our home. The windows themselves seem to be solid, but there is a difference in finish quality around the corners, with some windows having rather sharp edges. We also had to re-order three screens due to holes created during install - not a big deal, but somehow the first time they were re-made they were the wrong size, which required another visit.
I ordered my windows in June from the experience of the sales lady Carolee messing up on the order, all the way up to installation (12/6) why did it take 6 months to get the windows and install?? Then, my Condo association requires new installation windows and I signed a waiver for one room (dining room to be replacement) but the other windows were not done new construction and I know this after watching the sliding glass door be installed as they did do new construction there but for the bedrooms, they shaved the new construction windows down to fit as replacement windows. I am also getting draft in windows and shouldn't since these were just installed.

Lost glass are after salesman said i would not. Installers did not come for 1st date.. 2nd date only 1 person showed up. Tarp only used 3 feet by window but saw flakes flew 8 feet away. Windows were not cleaned after handling and caucking. House was in disarray for install for a week.

From our very first email, we were treated very well and the staff of Window Nation tended to our every need, heard our requests and deliver. The process was more speedy than we expected too. It made us happy that our first contact was on October 25 and by November 25, our windows were being installed in our home.

From scheduling our initial consultation until the completion of the job, each member of the Window Nation team was professional, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly. Window Nation was easy to work with when scheduling our appointments and the workers showed up on time and ready to work. They were respectful of our living space and kept the project contained to the spaces. The installers did a great job of cleaning up and leaving our space as if they weren't there. I highly recommend working with Window Nations for any needs you may have.
All the items were not installed at the same time. I am disappointed.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently.
I am happy with the windows, and the installation was pretty good. However, we have a few problems that no one is answering me about. We have someone coming to remeasure the screen. The salesperson left out three windows in my estimate, so when the price came it was without those. I'm trying to talk to a sales manager, Dave, about adding the three windows. He said for me to call him back after the job was finished since the job was already measured. He supposedly was giving me a discounted price, but he hasn't returned my calls.
