Multiple calls no follow up on existing issues

I’m not impressed with some of the install or the attempt to install windows that were 3” plus too small. There are still two window panels to be replaced. The installers did not have the experience I was promised.

They were on time, very courteous, answered any questions I had, cleaned up any mess and knew what they were doing.

Everything was very easy from setting up appointments to meet to the install. Kane was very knowledgeable. The windows turned out great as well.

Quality workmanship

The windows are nice, the slider is great, installers did quality work. The promotion that got me interested wasn’t kept. Had to pay a deposit when it was no interest or payment for two years. It was refunded. Should have gotten an exterior door but that didn’t happen. I was given a bad explanation and then told I could still get it but it would cost $2000 for a $300 door. I was disappointed in the salesperson and his supervisor.

I have not received my rebate for signing up with window nation.

The installers were awesome. They were easy going, funny, and very friendly. They made the whole experience worth it.

I like the quality of my windows. Installation went smoothly and the areas were cleaned up nicely. My outside plants were unharmed.

Fast service, done correctly

The installation and cleanup were very professional and I wouldn't have known they had been there.

They installed the windows very sloppily. Caulking and cleanup were terrible. They did return and replace the windows, but it took three days instead of just one. It was not a positive experience at all.

The installers were great.

Windows and exterior wrapping looks great! Neighbors commented thumbs up. Too early to determine how windows and installation performs. All of the teams very easy to work with.

The flashing is coming off

4 windows and they had then all in with in 6-8 hours and they were very thorough and the two guys that came were very nice and friendly I am very satisfied!!
