They were fast and efficient and got it doe in 1 day

They are very good, and the installation went well. We do have one window being replaced next May because we are snowbirds, and we go where it is warmer. We have it all scheduled with the company. They did a wonderful job.

It was nothing but a headache but it still happened.

Our biggest concern doing a window project like ours is how will the company respond to problems that occur. We were very fortunate that when we called we had prompt responses and solutions figured out relatively quickly.

Overall pleased with quality, price and communication.

Very informative and explain everything, they worked great as a team and we liked that they cleaned up afterwards.

I have told friends about the service and the quality of the windows. Working with the schedule person was frustrating. Only available during short office hours and then once I got her to call my office and she had that number, she called my cell to tell me the crew would be there a day early. Great! I took a vacation day to accommodate and to find out they were not coming early. That cost me 8 hours of work. The crew was great. I forget their names, professional and quality craftsmanship. They cleaned up after and had great communication. So far, a week after installation we are happy. The stickers on windows we paid 50k for are the second most frustrating part. In today's world how is it possible that the stickers can't have a zero residu adhesive???? I expect allot when spending that kind of money.

Multiple calls no follow up on existing issues

I’m not impressed with some of the install or the attempt to install windows that were 3” plus too small. There are still two window panels to be replaced. The installers did not have the experience I was promised.

They were on time, very courteous, answered any questions I had, cleaned up any mess and knew what they were doing.

Everything was very easy from setting up appointments to meet to the install. Kane was very knowledgeable. The windows turned out great as well.

Window Nation was very friendly and had efficient workers.

Can’t lock one window; another has two open areas letting bugs in(. Many areas of the frames are sharp
