Terrible customer service and lack of communication during the install phase. The sales team can secure the sales but the install team cannot keep their promises, yet alone resolve problems caused during installation.
I guess I could have someone call me about the problem.
The first time I used Window Nation I was very happy but not the second time. The windows look great but the service was very bad, I still have a screen in the basement with a hole in it. The workers worked hard but rushed through my project. They completed the work but it was done done properly. I was not happy with the service at all and the company needs to rethink their sales strategy and customer service.
I think they did well. I was pleased with the time and the service.
I qualified for the promotions, but I did not receive them. They are to pull you in and although you qualify for them, they are not applied.
They did a great job.
I have already referred them to my mom, and tomorrow her windows will be installed.
We were very pleased with the products and installation. We were especially pleased with the salesperson.
It took a little longer to get things installed. It might have been because of Covid. They didn't really do a great job replacing my shutters.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
They were very professional and timely. I didn't have any problems with them. They were also very neat and put down protective barriers for the carpet all through the house.
They are very professional and showed me all the options. The quality of the work made my house look much better both inside and outside.
It was great service. I had no complaints.
From scheduling to installation Window Nation staff provided us with top notch service and kept us informed throughout the process. We’re happy with the quality of our windows.
The windows are beautiful and makes a great improvement to my home. With the exception to the 0% percentage terms, I might recommend Window Nation. Change the terms with the 0% percentage and you company will out do all other window companies.
Good product, crew was on time and finished the whole house in one day.
I had legitimate issues regarding wood being replaced. But my concerns was not addressed. And then not being done right on the first attempt.
Since just having the windows installed I feel that it is premature at this time to give a rating.
The windows didn't come all at once and it was a run around to get the second batch of windows.
Just a fantastic service. Clean, concise, on time, and on budget.
I am unhappy with the size of the windows. My previous windows were larger and the new frame is smaller.
Salesman misrepresented their installation team. The workmanship of installation was not done well. They came out a second time to fix a few things.
Very professional, cordial, knowledgeable.
The service and product provided by window nation was exemplary.
The installation and the products are good. The customer service is the worst I have ever had.
