I would recommend with the caveat the windows will be expensive. Everything is expensive now though.
I am pleased with the workmanship of the installers. They removed 7 windows and installed new windows within 3 hours. Conscience about cleaning up the areas after work was done, they used drop cloths to protect the flooring and catching debris. The saleperson and staff were courteous. Custom made windows took a little under 4 weeks to make and ready for installment I thought was adequate time period. I would recommend Window Nation to others.
I ordered a special tint on some of my windows to block out the sun and heat. I asked the salesman if there would be a difference in color or the way the windows looked, and he said there would not. After my project was completed, I stood across the street to look at my house and could definitely see a difference in the color of the tinted windows. There is a green hue to those windows versus my other windows that all look the same. I am not sure if the salesman just wanted to make a sale, or if the installers just wanted to install the windows and get out of there without any problems. The installers said there would not be a color difference as well before installing them. I can clearly see a color difference and am not happy or satisfied with the way my new windows look on my home. If they had just been honest with me and let me know there is a difference in the color of the window, I would have not gotten the tinted windows and would have been just fine with the regular ones. I spent $19,000 on new windows for my home and expected to be very happy with the outcome.

One of the windows replaced was a large picture window. I discovered a leak on Friday and called immediately. I've called twice and emailed and still no one has called to fix the situation. There is water sitting in a gap and it's currently raining. I'm worried about the water freezing and expanding and water sitting is never good. There's also spackle on the tile floor and dripped on the wall. There was a towel rack removed and not replaced or at least the holes filled. Those are minor things compared to the picture window which I'm extremally unhappy about.
