They did a great job. The only thing was the price, but they did an excellent job installing them.

The salesperson was extremely thorough. He listened to all of my questions and gave me feedback promptly.

Window sensors ripped out of the wall. Smashed bushes and plants. Didn't fully seal windows on the inside and can see into wall.

The windows were measured incorrectly. And I haven’t heard from a representative since y’all tried to install the windows.

Quick clean

The sales rep and gentleman who came to measure were great! After this the experience was not ideal. The multiple change order forms that I had to sign, miscommunication, and I am questioning the quality of work done in my home. My husband was present but when I came home there were pieces of glass around my home, my husband said they shattered the windows to remove the old ones?!? I thought you removed them from the frame. I cleaned our home and I still got glass on my foot as well as my son and daughter- who I had to take to urgent care to remove the glass. My son also was cut from a large piece of glass that was on the covers in my bed- no stitches needed. The large window was also broke on arrival. The communication for the arrival time was poor no notice before or the morning of. I was told 8-5pm and the workers showed up around 1030am. I am still finding pieces of glass in and around my home. Lastly, the caulk job in my daughter room was done around old blind inserts that I forgot to remove- I wish they would have said something.

Customer service between managers and field representatives are absolutely terrible!! Once there's any issue, no one answers their phones and they pass the paperwork from desk to desk never ending with a resolution. Look elsewhere. Cheap windows and cheap service. You get what you pay for

Was really happy with the process of the scheduling, salesman and measuring.

So far I have not seem anything that I would change. I like the windows and they did what they said that they would.

The 2 guys that did lil the work! They were awesome!

They were courteous, easy to work with, respectful. The first time they sent the wrong window, but the technician caught it and got it corrected. Very impressed and pleased.

All around satisfaction.

They failed inspection on two windows. The inspector agreed with me that the caulking on the outside was amateur and unattractive. I was told I had to contact city inspection, which was wrong.

The experience has been a great experience from the time the salesperson came by, to the installation of my windows. My expectations were met when they came to install the windows. I am very satisfied with the whole process and I don't mind recommending them to friends and family.

Caulking (over the line on window) could improve & girls doing the carpet vacuuming & plastic covering could be a lot better (I think you could use a better vacuum cleaner)... We picked up chunks of cement off floor & dust on everything. We hired a house cleaner to come in vacuum, clean & dust entire home

I would 100% recommend window nation and specifically Ronnie and his team. They did amazing work and they left our home area they worked in cleaner then they were before they came. They were very polite and walked us through the process of what would go on during the install. After they made sure to clean the windows and instruct us on proper use of the windows and screens. When we decide to do the rest of the windows in the house they will be my go to request for install! Ask for Ronnie for install!

Very clean and fast at installation and removal of the old windows

By not giving me an itemized invoice I was not able to get the rebate from the City of Denton. it would have put up to $5,000 in my pocket. So by not giving me that all of the work they did & the windows they put in means nothing!

Very poor communication in an attempt to correct a HUGE miscommunication. Was told several times that the sales manager would reach out and to date have never received any communication to discuss this issue.
Was quoted a price for all windows but only partial amount was added to contract. Was told on day of installation that remaining windows were on back order. Now responsible for paying an exorbitant amount of money for an incomplete order!! Not even a response from the CEO & President of the company who invites you to reach out to his email with any issue. This was included in a note that came with a gift card that has no actual cash value. No I will not recommend this company, especially the sales team

The workmanship was good, and the crew was extremely polite. They were efficient and worked all together and made sure I was satisfied with each and every window installed.

I had a positive experience. I do have some quality concerns.

Communication with Window Nation outside of what you generate is very poor, I.e., when I needed something, calls were circular and a waste of my time.

Special order windows did not make it on the truck on the day of installation, tho were in the warehouse. When the guys made a second trip out to replace faulty windows from installation day, tho I asked about WN combining the replacement installation with the special order windows, that was not possible. Not very economical on your end, right? It took three different trips to get everything installed. And it tied up our time to accommodate poor planning on your part. There was no point person to speak with. Very frustrating.

I very nearly cancelled the contract because I could not get the warranty. I was within a few hours of canceling.

Marvin and his crew were fantastic it was amazing just to sit here and watch them installed windows. I am still amazed . They were organized professional and **** good.

The screen door was left out of the order. The missing screen part won't be ready for another 2-3 months, most of the summer. For as much as you charge, that's a big miss.
