Negotiated the price and quality of materials

I had a positive experience. I do have some quality concerns.

Communication with Window Nation outside of what you generate is very poor, I.e., when I needed something, calls were circular and a waste of my time.

Special order windows did not make it on the truck on the day of installation, tho were in the warehouse. When the guys made a second trip out to replace faulty windows from installation day, tho I asked about WN combining the replacement installation with the special order windows, that was not possible. Not very economical on your end, right? It took three different trips to get everything installed. And it tied up our time to accommodate poor planning on your part. There was no point person to speak with. Very frustrating.

I very nearly cancelled the contract because I could not get the warranty. I was within a few hours of canceling.

Marvin and his crew were fantastic it was amazing just to sit here and watch them installed windows. I am still amazed . They were organized professional and damn good.

The screen door was left out of the order. The missing screen part won't be ready for another 2-3 months, most of the summer. For as much as you charge, that's a big miss.

They provide a good service. It was fast and easy. They were reliable.

The two men that put my windows in were absolutely fabulous. They were both smart and respectful. They did a great job on the windows. They helped me with my blinds. I have flowers in front of my front window and not one was smashed or broken. They were extremely neat and did not leave any mess at all.

Someone please come and rescue my windows. It rained last Thursday. The next day, I showed it to my husband how easy to pull the window up and down. That was then I saw water leaking at the window. Ten out of twelve are leaking water. I have written the complaint to you, but you guys just tuned your head and walked away. IAM crying right now.

I have left two message for someone to call me back .. seems once the install is completed and you have been paid . I’m suddenly not a priority ..

I had some issues early on with the quote and was given an inaccurate quote that was not honored. It was vey unpleasant for me but in the end I decided that the windows merited a try and so despite the earlier issues I had I gave them a chance

The installers were very nice. The salesman was also nice and very informative.

I was very impressed with the contractor, I felt they were very thorough and professional. They understood the challenges I had and wanted to take care of them. The team worked out all of my issues. They even worked around the larger items in my home that I couldn't move. I was very impressed!

Too long to list. We ordered in January and the job isn't expected to be complete until July. Ask again when complete.

My wife and I attended a senior expo at Dallas arboretum and we were told we’ll get a $100 gift card just for getting an estimate. We’re still waiting on the card. We haven’t received anything yet, and it’s been over a month since the estimate was made and the windows have been installed now for about two weeks

Window Nation - Dallas, TX showed up on time, got to work immediately, and got everything done with quality work. They clean everything up and making it look as good as new. It was a good experience.

The windows are of very high quality and the install was extremely high quality. But l wasn’t either told I was signing a binding agreement or he didn’t make that very clear. I like Alex but I felt like window nation once your in a contract that’s it. Also I believe I was promised some type of dining card for scheduling a appointment and some Type of travel package but I received neither which is fine because I know how most companies operate in sales. Basically I am very happy with the windows but I probably wouldn’t use window nation next time.

Their professionalism is at zero. The managers don't offer any resolution, and the service was terrible. My experience was awful. They do not explain when the contract ends. He didn't talk about the cancellation policy. There were issues with the windows. The scheduling process and the communication were not good. The manager was very aggressive when he called me.

The installation went well. Just as it was explained to us prior to installment.

Everything was on time and exactly as expected. Have had experiences from other companies that go down when contract is signed.

Listen to what Homeowner wants. My window frame were not what I wanted or ordered. 3 Managers were out here to tell me because of the type of windows I had it would be the same frame, and the same color, but they had to use a different manufacturer. 3 different managers told me they were the same color of my gutters, and they are not. Also scheduling doesn't always work with the homeowners schedule.

The installers arrived on time and notified me when they were coming. They were professional, competent and friendly.

The whole team was great to work with, and the windows and the installation were great.

Overall, it was a good experience. We didn't really have any issues other than a couple of scheduling issues. They were clean, respectful, and they made sure everything was taken care of before they left. We would recommend them and have already recommended them to two other people.

This is the second time I've used Window Nation and the second time satisfaction.

Nothing, I just don't speak of windows very often. If we are asked about them, then they will be told WN did ours.

Timeliness of every step of the operation, cost value when comparing with other companies, friendly and very responsive staff at every level.

Every thing from start to finish. I think having a supervisor like Marvin around helped a lot too.

Overall the experience was a good one. However, the salesperson was a little more determined to get a commitment on the spot than I would have liked, offering substantial discounts if we committed then and there. If he's confident in his product and pricing, waiting for other estimates from competitors shouldn't have mattered.
