After the amount of the windows went in, they were fast, expedient, and very clean.

1. Sales team was pushy.

2. Sales team lied to me. They told me that the installers were window nation employees. They were subs. They also had to upgrade one of my windows but told me it wouldn’t look different. It does look different and they have been avoiding me on a resolution.

I would recommend them to a friend because I really liked the salesman, although he was new, but he did a good job. The installers came in at the exact day when they said and got it done at the time they said. The timeliness was perfect. They didn't put my wooden blinds back up. It's too heavy for me to do alone and it takes two people. The two header things popped off. Other than that, it was wonderful.

I am still in the early phase, and what I found is bothering me is that I have two windows in the bedroom, and I can hear some whistling that I did not hear before these windows were installed.

Wrong style of windows were ordered and installed. When the correct windows were installed one of the windows were cracked. When another window was ordered it was the wrong style and size. I am waiting on the fourth try to get it right. Also the screens for the window was too large to fit the window.
