We have had our windows replaced 2 times, our last two houses. They had to reorder each time due to miss measurements and didn't order all the windows.

The bedroom windows were left dirty. I think his name is Johnny came to clean them. He missed a corner of one window and didn’t clean the half moon window. He also was supposed to return to caulk around the window. He never came back.

The guy who came and did the quote was extremely professional and walked us through the process. All the workers were courteous and cleaned up well after they were done.

Installation was seamless

The installers were effective and efficient and able to complete our job quickly. There was good communication all around and we love how the windows update our home. Good quality windows with a fair price! We are very pleased with how everything turned out.

The supervisor was really attentive and open to our needs.

Price a little expensive, but great product and service. Worth the price! Installation was great, left no mess in or out of house. Feel like it has definitely improved the appearance of house and functionality of windows.

I had my windows installed early September, and I have had problems with one of the windows ever since. They had a person come out to fix the top lock of the window, but it keeps sliding down. They told me that I would have to wait two more weeks for them to come back and fix the issue on the same window until I called and threatened to cancel my contract with them. Now that I called with the threat, they are coming back tomorrow to fix the window.

The initial wait time to get the windows was a little long but the installation was done quickly and neatly. So far, I have been very satisfied with my decision to use Window Nation.

Window broken upon delivery. Install crew was professional and communicated well, but their finishing work and clean up did not meet my expectations. Goop residue found on window trim and patio furniture.

Contacted company after HOA said grids were required, talked to sales rep, he was going to get back to me and 2 weeks later, still no reply from him. Very disappointed, I don’t know if it’s possible to install grids now or how much it would cost to do so.

They do not check with them and if they did?, they did not reach out to me and let me know.

Everything I was told was correct and they were very thorough with their answers. My windows are beautiful, durable and I love them. I would recommend them to everyone who is interested in replacing their windows. I will definitely be using them again.
