They did a great job. The only thing was the price, but they did an excellent job installing them.

Window sensors ripped out of the wall. Smashed bushes and plants. Didn't fully seal windows on the inside and can see into wall.
The windows were measured incorrectly. And I haven’t heard from a representative since y’all tried to install the windows.
Quick clean
The sales rep and gentleman who came to measure were great! After this the experience was not ideal. The multiple change order forms that I had to sign, miscommunication, and I am questioning the quality of work done in my home. My husband was present but when I came home there were pieces of glass around my home, my husband said they shattered the windows to remove the old ones?!? I thought you removed them from the frame. I cleaned our home and I still got glass on my foot as well as my son and daughter- who I had to take to urgent care to remove the glass. My son also was cut from a large piece of glass that was on the covers in my bed- no stitches needed. The large window was also broke on arrival. The communication for the arrival time was poor no notice before or the morning of. I was told 8-5pm and the workers showed up around 1030am. I am still finding pieces of glass in and around my home. Lastly, the caulk job in my daughter room was done around old blind inserts that I forgot to remove- I wish they would have said something.

Customer service between managers and field representatives are absolutely terrible!! Once there's any issue, no one answers their phones and they pass the paperwork from desk to desk never ending with a resolution. Look elsewhere. Cheap windows and cheap service. You get what you pay for

They were courteous, easy to work with, respectful. The first time they sent the wrong window, but the technician caught it and got it corrected. Very impressed and pleased.
