They are very reasonably priced and my salesperson was very easy to talk to. He made it very easy to do business.

Window Nation - Chicago, IL was quick and easy. The sales representative, David, provided me with a lot of information, he was willing to break everything down for me. This was the first time I have purchased windows, and he took whatever time I needed. I greatly appreciated his time.

I'm not happy at all. Window Nation didn't hold up to commitment, and didn't disclose how they work. It was not a good job.

Crew was extremely polite and very friendly. They were very quick and left everything as clean as they found it.

They were on time, clean, and took care of business. It was a long day, but there were a lot of windows.

After incorrect measurements were noted on the day of installation, the follow up and communication as to next steps needed was poor.

I liked the professionalism from the initial start beginning with the home estimate visit from the design consultant Jeff. He made himself available even after the sale was made just in case there were after thoughts or fears that needed to be calmed or addressed he went above and beyond when I started second guessing my choices not being able to fully get a picture of the looks. Jeff assured me that I had made an excellent choice and not to start overthinking things and Boy was he right!! When the installation crew came and I saw the finished product I was Totally Impressed, Blown Away! No regrets only questions of what took me so long and why did I ever doubt myself!! And the installation crew was amazing they came on time, cleaned up impeccably well I didn’t see any glass or wood particles nails anything! And they were incredibly polite and treated my home as their own. I highly recommend Window Nation and will purchase more windows in the future from Window Nation.

I have contacted your company several times and noone cares to reach out to me. You can send me $5 giftcard to give to a neighbor, $250 for refering a friend, but you font care to come see the dame to my floor. You send false literature with the CEO name that clearly says call him, if i had a problem. I was clearly told, “ oh, thats just marketing, you wont get to speak eith him, we can handle the problem for you. I am giving you two weenotice to come fix my bathroom floor and a $750 giftcard for insulting and neglect to a senior or you will deal with my attirney and a judge.

Window Nation showed up on time. They did a nice job and cleaned up like they said they would.

When I saw the presentation about the windows offered by Window Nation, they showed me the windows that I wanted. The salesman came out and showed me the same window and I selected it. They gave me windows with the grid but I received the ones without the grid. I accepted the windows because I was in need of the windows. Had i gotten my contract in time i would have declined those windows.

I was very pleased with the services. The crew were incredible workers. They never stopped. They put in two windows and a door. Everything was done in three hours and they took everything away. The only time they stopped is when I was asking questions.
