The reason I rate that I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend with a three is because I don't do recommendations.
Professional from begin to end.
I won’t know if I’d recommend you until the window is as ordered and is fixed.

The whole experience was great, from Mike the sales rep who came out to give us an estimate to the installation team. Everybody was fantastic to work with and professional. Also the windows look great and are keeping the house cooler during this heatwave I am excited to see how well they keep the house warm during below freezing temps in the Midwest winters.
The sales team, customer service and installation crew were all top notch!
It was great service and extra attention to the details I wanted.
Never installed correct window
Great windows at a fair price. Received project updates at a proper frequency. And installation went smoothly!
Flexible scheduling, nice staff
I ordered two windows and a sliding door on Feb 5th. The wrong door was ordered,and this took six months to solve the install and getting the correct door.The amount of phone calls that were not returned was unreal.Mike white referred me to stephen white who i called and he hung up on me. We had to have sheets on the windows for six months.
I was hoping to be able to provide my feedback on my experience with Window Nation. See below:
First let me start with the positive:
Marcus Bailey - he was very professional at the inception of the order. He was also very responsive on handling an issue; (noted below) on the day of installation.
Install Crew - the install crew handled the install in a professional manner, cleaned up all debris and answered all questions that we had as well as helped us understand the windows and install.
Now for the NEGATIVE side:
On 6/11 received a text that crew will arrive between 8 - 10 am to begin the job. On 6/20 I sent a text asking how the crew will let me know when they will be arriving. At 7:07 am on the 20th received a response that the crew would be arriving after 10 am; (NOTE this is outside of the initial arrival time). At 10:22 AM I asked for an ETA on when they might be arriving and mentioned that we may need to reschedule since the crew is late. I received a response that they would now be arriving before 12:30 PM; (WAY LATE). I asked how long the job would take and was told they would only stay until 5 PM. At this time I asked to reschedule the appointment.
Now with the above in mind - received message that because I was cancelling the appt. would be assessed a $350 fee. Even though I was only rescheduling because the crew was over 2.5 hours late to the appointment.
I asked who I should call - I received a call from Window Nation at 12:05 PM that lasted 7 minutes. I dealt with one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional person ever. He was condescending in his explanation and responses and didn't care that the crew was late. He kept saying since the install is planned for an entire day it makes no matter that they are late or not. They will still complete the install by 5 PM. The # the call came from was 773-720-4711. I asked to speak to someone above him and he informed me that there was nobody above him. Ending the call he asked do I still want to cancel or keep the appt. keeping in mind there was no way for me to not be assessed the $350 if I cancel. I told him to keep the appt. This is the prime definition of DURRESS.
What I did was immediately send an email to Marcus Bailey telling him I would never do business with Window Nation ever again; (we have a home with over 30+ windows). He called me immediately and I explained everything above. At this time the install crew showed up and proceeded to complete the install.
Marcus did some follow-up and called me back with an update that the Sales Manager told him that I was told there would be a $100 credit on the remaining charges and the installer is also aware of it. I was never told anything and the installers were also not aware of this credit.
Thus although there was some positives the negatives far outweigh them. It's sad that one or 2 people representing the WN Company results in my decision to never do business with WN again.
Hopefully you'll take this seriously and take whatever action is deemed necessary.
Also, since I'm not confident in WN as a company I've copied the only WN representative I have faith in.

The great was the sales person and the windows themselves; see below about the install appointment timing and aluminum trim around the windows that was not expecting.
The installation crew was timely, professional, nice, and clean!
The sales representative's customer service was great. He was very knowledgeable and was more concerned with the whole window situation. He was a great representative of the company.
Window Nation is prompt and easy to deal with.
The sales representative was great! He spent time with me and explained everything to me so I understood everything and answered all my questions. After the initial appointment I had a question and he called me back right away. I was kept informed of the status of my over via email which I appreciated. My windows actually came in early and scheduled the appointment to get them installed. I was given a window of 8-10 am for the installers to arrive and the showed up right on time at 8am. They laid blankets down to not get my floors dirty. The main installer walked my around for me to approve the work. I found a small hole in one of the screens which he replaced in his van. Once complete the sales representative was notified and he called me that night to confirm everything went okay and that the installers cleaned up. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and already recommended them to a friend.
It was quick and I had no problems.
Was not truthful with estimate-$14.990 started out with ended up being $19,000 very deceitful if I would’ve know this in beginning I wouldn’t given you the job. That was only for 8 windows I won’t call you when I do the rest of my house thank you Nancy masella
David Woods was very welcoming and informative about the windows. Sam was great making the appointment as soon as possible before the summer heat approached us. And the installer was a one man army that did a fantastic job and informed me on how the windows worked. Thanks again to everyone that make this process a breeze.
Everything that Jeff told an or showed us was exactly what he said. He is an excellent salesman!
My experience was excellent until I had a horrible experience with one of the representatives when it was time to pay my balance. Totally rude, condescending and disrespectful. However after I requested a manager continue with my call I spoke with a really nice manager who was professional and understood the value of good customer service. He also compensated me for the representatives lack of professionalism. I was very pleased with the resolution and with the manager. As a result I would recommend highly Window Nation.
Prices were reasonable.
The workers were professional. They left my property cleaner than they found it.
I especially enjoyed the presentation by the gentleman who came to tell me about them.
Finished product has opportunities like excess foam that needs removal
Very disappointmented on the whole process. My windows are still unfinished. 6 windows are still not installed properly. Can’t seem to get a hold of anyone from window nation to help fix these issues.
From salesman to installation, All were professional and knowledgeable of job and were willing to work with us on our specific needs. Very highly recommend 👍
We found it very easy to work with Window Nation. The sales representative worked with us to discover different discounts for which we were eligible. The installation crew was very professional. They worked 9 hours straight to install all 18 windows! They cleaned up so well once they were done. Everything was seamless!
It's a bit expensive. There was confusion about whether or not they used third-party contractors. I made sure before that they didn't because of an experience I had. They arrived an hour early, in a random truck. He didn't have any paperwork. When I called customer service to cancel, I didn't want to pay 60% of the price, so I just let them do the work.

The Window Nation - Chicago, IL installation team was amazing.
The fact that the installer covered up rotting wood quickly instead of letting us address the issue has left a bad taste. Also the promo at the time was buy 2 windows get 2 free. We had 7 windows installed. So we got screwed out of a free window. The salesman was notified by his office and has yet to respond to us.
Window Nation staff were patient with my requests to reschedule the window installation date two times. The window installers were professional and completed the installation mucj quicker than I expected.
It was a very easy process from start to finish, not complicated at all.
Already have recommended to our neighbors across the street.
The windows were installed a month-and-a-half ago. They noticed there was a crack. They claimed they were submitting a replacement window. I have heard nothing back. It doesn't align and leaves us vulnerable to break-ins. The service is terrible. A letter said they will keep me updated on any progress and it wasn't from Window Nation.
After interviewing other window companies we found WN to be the most informative & the scope of options offered was very important to us in regards to the cost & quality - would highly recommend WN to family & friends.
I am very pleased with the new windows. I have told neighbors in my subdivision how pleased I have been with the overall experience with Window Nation.
The installers arrived with the wrong permit. A supervisor stopped by to apologize and told me to expect a restaurant gift card. The supervisor never followed through with his customer service gesture.
Mr Woods took his time explaining the process, did a great job demonstrating the different types of windows and how each one is designed and which is most effective in helping with the temperature efficiency.
