Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! The installers were professional and efficient. Bob Burns was informative and answers all my millions of questions. I’ve only had the windows a couple weeks, but so far I love them. Highly recommend Window Nation!

The sales person was very detail oriented and very competitive with his quote. The whole process from ordering to installation was communicated every step along the way. The final project looks amazing.

The whole experience was actually pleasant!!! David was sooo nice! Not at all what I expected in a salesman. He was pleasant, funny and had complete confidence in the product he was selling. He was down to earth and genuinely proud of the company he was representing! By the time he left I felt more like we made a new friend! The installation was a lot sooner than we expected and the installation crew was top notch! They were here exactly when they said they would be here. They were more like artists taking their time with each detail. I am still amazed at how neat they put the caulk on . They were very efficient and friendly. If we had a question they stopped what they were doing to talk to us and explained everything in detail! I have been singing your praises to all my friends and family! I wish I could give more than five stars. This was a twenty star experience!!!

I am very satisfied with the windows and the work they did.

Quality windows, for the middle class families. Simple look and helps save heat. We felt the difference before and after. Helps retain internal temperature. The estimate and installing was all on time. The installers were very professional and completed the job in one day. Definitely recommend the company to others.

The team sent were very quick and professional. All members were very respectful and answered our questions. I would have this team anytime. Our salesman Adam was also great. Our windows are beautiful and open and shut with ease. As seniors we have limited abilities and we can open and shut with ease.

Window Nation has poor follow through with customer service. Things explain in the initial meeting were different upon the completion of the project.

They are not guys of their word, and they changed installation 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and that was unfair to me because I took off of work.

We have had many quotes from other window companies which we felt pressured and the price was very high. Our sales rep from window nation was not that way at all and he even suggested holding of on a couple of windows that were in good shape. We love how our windows look and already notice our furnace isn’t turning on often. Thank you crew!

Everyone that I dealt with, from Marty to the measurer and the installer was pleasant to work with. They all treated my house and me with respect.

Everything was fine until about two weeks ago when I realized that about 1/2 of my new windows wouldn’t lock. I called to have someone come out to fix the problem. The soonest they can come is 3 weeks. Still waiting on the service.

The extra work needed after install to repair damage to windowsill

A lot of things went wrong. First a window was forgotten second a door handle was broken and lastly, the windows weren’t properly sealed and on the first rain the windows let in water ruining our new ceiling and walls.

salesman Michael DePuente does not know what he is doing. He said it would take all day to install our new sliding door. It took about two and a half hours. He also said the wood trim on inside would be removed, not true. The installers did a good job but not too personable. They left keys for door on table I had to call about keys because I did not see them. They left a hammer.

The upper management is horrible to work with or to get a problem resolved

From start to finish, great services. The salesman was wonderful and knowledgeable. When they told us when to expect the windows, actually came in a head of time. The day of install went smoothly. I can't say enough about the service and the install.

Aweful experience. Installer did not show up or call for 3 scheduled times. No calls from the office either to let me know he wasn't coming. Took time off work and sat for hours waiting. When I called, no one could help. 2 completed visits to install still missing a part for a lock which they supposedly ordered...made me pay in full for the incomplete install and said an adjustment to price will be made when the job is completed.

i installed white windows and the inside window shoe moulding was unfinished. i wish i was told beforehand that it would have come this way. i wish we had an option to select a white shoe moulding that matched our windows i.e. white. i had to paint my unfinished shoe moulding white and while not a big issue in the grand scheme of things for the amount of money spent to not have a turnkey or finished product left me somewhat unsatisfied. i wish would have been given options to select different colors for this trim or been explained what i would have to complete after the windows were installed to have the finished product

I have been trying to get Window nation to come out a fix a lock on my Window. They day they will call. Never do. Been over a week. I called several times.

One of the windows does not close properly. I would like for Window Nation - Chicago, IL to come inspect it. It does not lock.
