From the first person we talked with to the installers I say they are THE best company. The installers never stopped. Very precise and gorgeous work. Better than the other window we had to replace. Do not look any further than this company. I give them a 10 plus

The salesman was good, kind, and patient. The installer, being young, worked so well and did a great job. However, the office staff was intrusive when I called.

The guys that did the windows arrived at the scheduled time and did a timely installation. They arrived at 8:00am and were done by 2:30pm. They installed 12 windows and a door for me.

My job install from January 10th has yet to be completed

The workers were excellent! They worked continuously from start to finish. They were all polite and never did I feel uncomfortable with them here. I had a patio door replaced and 6 other windows. The price I paid was worth every dime.

As far as recommending Window Nation to a friend, the windows are phenomenal, however, the agent went behind my back to my mother and put her as a financial carrier instead of me. It was quite a pain to get it corrected. The financing department could use some work.

Everything was professional from beginning to end.

The process from the first estimate to the window install went smoothly.

First date of installation they never showed up. Rescheduled and one set of windows cracked, screen missing, screen torn. Was told it would be replaced. This was January 10th. As of 3/24 still not fixed. At ne point when we called Windows Nation had no idea that we needed replacements.

Quality and care

Window Nation came in, measured twice, and installed five windows within 3 hours. They were quick, fast, and accurate.

I liked the presentation from Gabby, the workers were very nice and professional, windows are good quality windows. I am looking forward to getting the rest of my windows.

Window Nation sealed the bathroom window, but it was supposed to be one that opens. They also still haven't trimmed one of the windows that they were supposed to trim when I had them installed 6 months ago.

The crew was good, respectful and responsive. The day started a bit rough regarding how the old windows were to be removed. They wanted to pull them from the inside, removing 100 year old trim instead of removal of aluminum trim. During installation, I noticed that most windows had air leakage where the sashes overlap, could see daylight looking down between them. One installer was attentive to this, asked me to check the windows and he made adjustments of the little corner pieces to block light but ultimately doesn't block cold air infiltration. Most windows have some degree of cold air coming in. Also, for some reason, I was set up with 2 different style windows. Addison and Addison lite. 3 of 13 windows are the lite version. They look similar but do have differences that I am not pleased with. Overall, I am mostly pleased but not totally satisfied

I noticed some small things after the installers left that could have been done better or shared with me some misses.

The install team went above and beyond

The workers were great. I like the windows, but the workers messed up a lot. A guy had to come back to fix 4 out of the 5 windows I got. I am happy it is fixed now. The people tearing the wood off did a bad job. One of the workers called me and challenged my statement. I don't know if I would recommend them because that girl scared me.

I am overall happy with the windows, but I have a problem with two of them. I lost a lot of glass space because the framing around them was so much wider than what I had before, and I lost the views out of my window.

Windows are good, communication after measurement waiting on my install date was awful .. expensive compared to other companies .. left the outside of my window frames looks a mess, chipped paint and bare wood .. only went with them as opposed to another quote as I was told install would be 4-5 weeks ended up being 8-9 weeks

Excellent products for the price. Installation was fast and done in a timely pace.

My first appointment was canceled, no one showed up for my rescheduled appointment without any notification, I had to call got a third install date, and then the installers left a mess inside and outside and broke a quartz counter top in half.

They haven't finished my windows.

From the sales appointment, to installation, and everything in between, Window Nation met my needs! Everyone was kind and courteous that we spoke to. Installation was fast and they left my home clean! Very happy with the product as well. There used to be a drastic temperature change walking upstairs in the winter and now there is not (upstairs windows were replaced).

What sold us was the lifetime warranty. The sales rep told us we get a warranty for the entire life of the window. We get the lifetime warranty paperwork after the windows were installed- and it basically says that it doesn’t cover anything. So it maybe our fault for thinking a lifetime warranty on the window would cover the window but it should really be clearer. Would not have picked this company and spent double for a lifetime warranty that doesn’t really cover anything

The installers were as good as they could be. They were efficient and clean, and I am very happy with the window and the installation.

They lost one star due to time management and was poor lack of communication.

The guys showed up right on time. They were very helpful getting my birds out of the house to across the street. I had surgery and needed help. They got to work and I was amazed at how fast these windows went in. And they look beautiful. As well as they are keeping a lot of the street noise out. I am still waiting for my front windows. The biggest center window was broken on arrival so I'm anxious for that last window. My front window was the worst of them all. It was the window I wanted to replace the most.

We had an issue with the first contractor who never showed up on the scheduled date and no phone call to let us know. We had spent the previous day getting the furniture moved etc. as instructed. I contacted our sales person and he was so helpful. We then got three apologetic phone calls from managers. They were so helpful in getting the problem resolved. Found another contractor and did a phenomenal job going forward. The next contractor arrived on the rescheduled dates and did a great job installing the windows.

I was very happy working with everyone that was associated with Window Nation. The windows turned out beautiful. All was done in timely manner with the making of the windows to any repairs that needed to be made. I will definitely recommend Window Nation to anyone that is looking for windows.
