The installers were very courteous and neat. I will be using them to install a storm door on my back door next year.

We were told a crew of 8 workers would be here to install, 2 showed up and we're here until 9:30 PM. Windows are scratched/dented, the caulk job looks unprofessional, the trim work on one bedroom is not finished, the window grids on the screen are not right and there are 2 screens that are ripped.

Quality of special order door didn't meet my expectations.

On the radio station nick was advertising different, & they said that is not the deal going on, 1 window was broken, trims were including in my payment , but had to call them thousand times, they say let me find out we’ll call you back, but never called back, very unprofessional, will never 👎

I ordered black on the outside of my windows. One of my windows had black spray paint on the white inside. Appointment scheduled to try and remove. Very expensive windows and should not have been installed like that. However, the installers were great and Window Nations staff very courteous.
Should not have this inconvenience for the price I paid.

They guys from Window Nation were exceptional and very respectful. They really knocked it out of the park.

They did a great job. They were very polite and professional.

The install team arrived a hour hour early which was fine and did a good job. One thing I need to mention is one of the installers stepped all over one of our plants in front of the house. It is decimated. Its only a 10-15 plant, but we felt it should have been acknowledged and taken care of. The windows seem fine and the installers were communicative and friendly.

We don’t usually take on expensive home projects, and when we do, we typically handle them ourselves—mostly because we’ve been let down by contractors in the past. But from the moment Jennifer walked into our home to the final installation, everything with Window Nation was absolutely flawless. I’ve never been more impressed by a company. Their professionalism is truly top-notch. I’m already looking forward to working with them again in the future. I did a lot of research before making that first call—if you’re on the fence, just go with Window Nation. You won’t regret it!

Installed broken screen-made appointment with manager to have replaced-never showed up-never called-then finally about 3 weeks later-someone else came out and replaced

I love my new bedroom window. No loss of window surface like with other replacements. Heat, wind and sound blocked out without loosing the light. Great experience, great staff.

The windows look beautiful! The sales rep was friendly and knowledgable. The schedules were on time and installers did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the transformation window nation gave to our house!

They have some nice people. I would use them again.

Isabel (the saleperson) was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patience with me. She explained the entire process to me. Starting with options in windows, cost that fix my budget and setting schedules that I was comfortable with. In other words when I decide to replace my remaining windows, Window Nation will be my only choice. Thank you, Window Nation, for going above and beyond, job excellently done.

Better communication eg confirmation day before txt or email Allso when signing up better communication on the windows them selves I forgot most of what sales person said like window pane gas and insulation factors maybe a email with that info

Still waiting for the installation manager to call me. I spoke with him during the installation with some concerns. We agreed that he would call me on Monday after the 4th of July holiday. I have additional concerns since we talked. One of my windows, the last one installed, doesn’t even latch. The choice of how some of my windows were finished on the inside is questionable. NOT, at all, what I signed up for. On same window it doesn’t represent what I thought I was getting.

They're fixing what wasn't done the first time. The window wasn't connected to the wood and the caulking was all over the window sill.

The sealing of the windows looks terrible and the white trim looks dirty! I would have thought they would have used new trim around brand new windows. And if they did, it’s definitely not right!

Installation excellent, window not as good as expected, sheduling not good and phone experience with dispatch office awful.

It was fast and always reliable on their appointments

There was caulking all over the front of the siding of my house. It was very difficult to get off bc it dried, and still have residual remnants from it.
There was a patch of paint peeled off on one of the windowsills from where caulking was applied. Very noticeable.
There was dripping of something (like glue?) on my bedroom wall that won’t come out.

Everything went smoothly, all aspects of the project. It was actually completed earlier than I expected. I've only had the windows in free a few weeks so there hasn't been any issues yet to trouble shoot. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Window Nation's. Job well done!
