Crew was not the most friendly they didn’t remove the existing shade brackets which we were told not to by the 2nd guy measuring. So I had to remove plus caulk the area that wasn’t caulked because the brackets were in the way. Had to reposition the brackets
They were fast and efficient, and the windows look great. I do not have any problems, and they did a good job.
The salesman was very good and kept to task. The installation was done very well and I am very pleased.
They were very efficient, neat and they were on time.
I would rather hold back strong criticism until the process plays out. Alex, the manager is excellent to deal with. He is really trying to make up for a very poor first impression of the company.

It is their back office staff that I did not enjoy dealing with. The sales guy and installation crew were wonderful but others that I never met were the problem.

Efficiency, everything happened exactly how I was told!
Sales person lied to us. She (Jennifer Able) wanted to run financing options for us and said it would only be a soft hit on my credit score. Wrong! It was actually two hard hits. One from Window Nation and one from whatever bank they used. Took forever for her to put the order in. I would call to make sure the windows were ordered and she’d say oops I guess it didn’t go through, at least four times. Installation morning they called and said only half the windows came in. I had to wait another 3-4 weeks for the remainder of them. Of course all the window treatments were down and furniture was moved, so I had to put it all back and move it again when the remaining windows came in. Customer Service phone number was useless. When I called in, all the man would say was my installation date. Any other questions I asked he would just keep repeating the installation date and English was definitely not his first language. Good point, installers were great.

Installers did not speak English and communication with them was very difficult. There were only 2 guys working to install 14 windows. They finished after dark so it was difficult to thoroughly check each window before they left. They improperly installed one of the windows and when I called to have it corrected I was given an appointment a month out. Still waiting.

The first scheduled install date no one showed up as they said the truck broke down, but no one called us. I had to reach out.
Wonderful people to work with
we had some concerns with the finish work. A lil disappointing that there is no follow up inspection after the work is completed.

Installation process
I loved Window Nation and the guy that initially came to give us the demonstration. We did have one issue with one of the installers. When I was signing the final contract, the person who installed the windows would not sign, leaving me to refuse to sign it as well. That was the only issue, and we ended up calling the office about it. It was rather strange to me because he was the one to install and had to sign off. The individual that told us about the windows was very good, though.
They did a fantastic job, and everything was good. Whenever we had to call the saleswoman or anybody else, they took care of us. I even had the supervisor of the installation team come out, we had a problem with one window, and they took care of it immediately.
From start to finish the entire process was a great experience! I absolutely love my new windows! So, yes would highly recommend a friend to Window Nation.

Installers were very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. They were professional and courteous.
Windows were not completed to our satisfaction. I was told by no less than four people that the service department would be calling me to schedule a service appointment to fix them and nobody has called, I’ve had to call several times and still nobody has called me back. Additionally, I was told that our finance period wouldn’t start until the windows were completely finished. I already made one payment on them and I’m not happy with the windows.
Lack of communication, inconvenience in scheduling, and selling me something I didn’t really want. Said they would give me compensation for my inconvenience but did not.
