What sold us was the lifetime warranty. The sales rep told us we get a warranty for the entire life of the window. We get the lifetime warranty paperwork after the windows were installed- and it basically says that it doesn’t cover anything. So it maybe our fault for thinking a lifetime warranty on the window would cover the window but it should really be clearer. Would not have picked this company and spent double for a lifetime warranty that doesn’t really cover anything
The installers were as good as they could be. They were efficient and clean, and I am very happy with the window and the installation.
They lost one star due to time management and was poor lack of communication.
They where great and cleaned up well
Awesome windows professional installation done in a day started on time worked until finished at 9pm cleaned up everything very nice group
The guys showed up right on time. They were very helpful getting my birds out of the house to across the street. I had surgery and needed help. They got to work and I was amazed at how fast these windows went in. And they look beautiful. As well as they are keeping a lot of the street noise out. I am still waiting for my front windows. The biggest center window was broken on arrival so I'm anxious for that last window. My front window was the worst of them all. It was the window I wanted to replace the most.
Overall service, from start to finish, was superb!
Still not sure the product warranty are as good as others available in my area.
They do a great job.
Every step of the process was seamless. The salesperson was fantastic and she actually cared about us. The installers were equally and fantastic and very thorough with the process and explained everything from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend Window Nation of Buffalo to friends and family, in fact, I already have. From Steve helping me select the perfect window for my needs until Keith and Phil finishing the job, everyone was professional, and helpful
Sure.
New windows are nice.
They did a quality job. The contractors were great to work with, and everyone was flexible. That was helpful for me because I work full-time.
Window Nation did a pretty good job. I can't complain.
Since this was the only window installation I have experienced in over 30 years, it would be hard for me to place a value or 5.
very professional, the crew were a group of good workers
We had an issue with the first contractor who never showed up on the scheduled date and no phone call to let us know. We had spent the previous day getting the furniture moved etc. as instructed. I contacted our sales person and he was so helpful. We then got three apologetic phone calls from managers. They were so helpful in getting the problem resolved. Found another contractor and did a phenomenal job going forward. The next contractor arrived on the rescheduled dates and did a great job installing the windows.
I was very happy working with everyone that was associated with Window Nation. The windows turned out beautiful. All was done in timely manner with the making of the windows to any repairs that needed to be made. I will definitely recommend Window Nation to anyone that is looking for windows.
Nope not until I speak to someone in Corporate.
Window nations sale process is great and runs smoothly. Minor issues are addressed immediately if they occur with install. The quality of the windows is as advertised.
From meeting with rep to finished project everything was top notch
Window Nation - Buffalo, NY was professional. The windows are great.
The salesperson was very friendly but did turn our “ estimate only” appointment into a sales pitch. We ultimately said yes due to our sales guys Brent being very knowledgeable and this was our 3rd window estimate meeting. If we hadn’t discussed projects with 3 other companies already I’m not sure we would’ve been pushed into saying yes.
08/06/24 installation of windows had several sills that had holes buckling on another and did not replace sill as instructed on the contract
It took 7days to do the window replacement of 21 windows that was scheduled for 3 days. The contractor showed up around 10:30 the 1st day ( Tuesday) with 1 helper and installed 3 windows. The next day showed up around 10:30-10:45 by himself and installed 4 windows. Finished installing the windows Friday. Didn’t finish the outside trim until Monday. We paid a lot of money for the windows and were inconvenienced for 7 days. I guess that’s what happens when you sub-contract the work to a contractor that works for Window Nation and Home Depot. While the contractors helper was doing the trim for 4 days he just sat in the truck or took off for a while and didn’t help him out to get the job done faster.
