When watching installation I noticed windows were smaller than actual opening after previous windows were removed.Not sure why there was such a void even though the windows appear to be the same size.Also would prefer actual employees installing windows as opposed to being subbed out

Everyone involved - sales, measurements, installation - were all professional and did a good job! Our new windows seem to be great. Time and winter weather in WNY will be the true test. I'm optimistic!
