The only helpful individuals I dealt were the sales manager and the installer. There were multiple issues that caused a large need for communication. The sales rep I was told to go through stopped communicating with me after the second message (about a month after the consultation). After I called customer service multiple times and told them I wanted the job canceled due to lack of information and answers on all of the issues, only then did the message get escalated to the sales manager, who did call me back and answer the questions I had. Much of the information provided by the sales rep was also untrue. Typical sales tactics were used, which I was aware were not true during the consultation, but the benefits seemed to outweigh those. I was also told Window Nation used their own installers who were company-trained. This was also untrue (my windows were installed by a third party). So far the windows appear fine, but it hasn’t been a month yet.

The Window Nation sales representative was extremely helpful in explaining all the details and contracts. The installation was smooth and professional, and the house was cleaned impeccably.

I don't think that I have seen a better job of installing a door. Give him a raise!!! If we do it again I will want the same installer.

On November 1st, we had some new vinyl replacement windows installed by Window Nation. My new windows are absolutely gorgeous!! Ray and the whole Window Nation installation team were incredible!! There was a great deal more work on one of the windows than they were anticipating. The team was here for almost 11 hours, and they all were amazing!!

I would recommend Window Nation windows. I am pleased with the workmanship and the finished product.

I just think that they were incredibly professional. The guy worked for 11 hours; he said it would take one day, and he meant it. I have only had the window for a few weeks, and we had some cold weather. Instead of the condensation being on the inside, it was on the outside. I am very pleased.

Worst company, measurement wrong, wrong glass at bathroom, all old trimmed broke, not what we expected when we paid that much money.

Excellent experience. All individuals with whom I dealt with were, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all they followed through in all of the plans that were discussed prior to installation.

I have rehabbed several homes and this company has proven to be the best, cleanest, and most communicative by far. The product is excellent and every window fit right in. Our windows were small narrow windows that we were concerned about finding replacements since they were decades old. Window Nation did it without a problem. The installers didn’t even bend so much as a leaf outside during installation! Wow! It was as if the windows were magically installed! We will be back for the rest of our windows!

We were urged to schedule the estimate appointment quickly with the promise of a restaurant gift card that turned out to be challenging to use. The installers generally did a nice job, but they did not walk around with us at the completion to review the work. A few screens were damaged, so we are waiting for the replacements to arrive. The windows are nice. They look great, function well, and we feel the difference of less outside noise and improved climate control in our home.
