Very fast service

This is our second time to have Window Nation install windows in our home and we were very satisfied with the end result both times.

The work that was done was very well done. They were very hardworking, and Window Nation - Austin, TX did a very good job with the installation, including the removal of the old and the installation of the new.

The customer service to get any issues resolved is almost impossible with almost any return calls.

The window quality and installation is good so far, installation is not complete though, waiting on correct doors and replacement for a scratched window

It all started after we signed the contract with Chris Robles. He was extremely helpful and professional, always responded to my texts. Then I was referred to Crystal - she responded only once to my text (after numerous attempts) She promised me a gift card that I never received. I have left numerous messages and she never responded. I later contacted customer service and have been speaking with Patty- who has been more attentive.

I was very pleased with my windows installation I had called 4 different window installation companies for bids and Window Nation was my first contact that came out, showed me the new windows what they were gonna look like and I was very pleased with material they were made of my salesman,John Henry was wonderful the office staff was wonderful, and the installers were amazing. They took all of my products they had taken down away. I didn’t have to haul it off. Their work was spot on. They were very clean. They walked me through the house show me how to windows work, so bottom line , I ended up calling the other three that I had scheduled to come out to give me bids and cancelled them because my salesman John Henry , got me where I need to be to be able to afford them, but I am very pleased with Window Nation all around!♥️

I had such a great experience with Window Nation. It was so easy to work with Latoya Williams from the very beginning. She answered all my questions, and she explained the process very thoroughly. The installer was professional and installed the windows very quickly. I am so happy with the quality of the windows. And I love the way they look.

I've had a couple of delays along with receiving the wrong color and two of the window's were measured wrong.

On time, completing the job on time, very satisfied.

Window Nation installed my sliding glass door and they performed a very thorough job. They were here when they said they would arrive. They took out old door and replaced with new door which looks super beautiful. It took about four hours to do this installation. They made sure my room was covered so that no debris would damage anything and when they finished, they cleaned everything up. The only concern I had was that the screen door was not working properly. I called Window Nation and they came out next day to fix it.

Post installation administration support for detailed cost break down is lacking. Also cost of windows is higher than competitors, although Window Nation makes a very good product. With the amount of windows I would want to replace, I would not be able to afford using Window Nation.

They didn't meet my expectations. I have spent two weeks trying to get my concerns addressed.

Everything went very smooth from beginning to end. We love our new windows. The installers were so nice and very knowledgeable.

Uriah was an excellent salesman. Answered all questions and volunteered detail information I did not know to ask in which other companies hid from us. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. Scheduling was easy. Email notifications were great. Installation team was very nice, respectful of property and privacy and was eager and willing to clean or correct anything that might have been damaged in the removal process of old windows around the edges which can happen in an old home. I do recommend a little bit more of a check on the clean up as we are still finding a lot of large nail and scraps around the outside of the house and driveway. Really not too bad though. We immediately could tell the difference on energy efficiency with the new windows as we experienced out first big cold front of the season. Huge difference with much better insulation. The windows are beautiful and we feel they are very secure. I appreciate the fine detail that was put into caulking around the edges with caulk that matches the color of the windows. Very straight clean edges with the caulking. I do wish I could purchase the exact caulk for any future repairs that might be needed especially when we replace bathroom tile around the bathroom windows. That would be helpful. I feel good that Window nation has a lifetime warranty that other companies do not offer. That tells me that they really stand behind the quality of their product and installation. If a company only offers a 20 year warranty, that tells me they know their product starts to have issues after that point. I appreciate all of the customer support after installation. It's nice to know that you are not just forgotten after you are paid and done. Great follow up. I have already been recommending Window Nation to family, friends, and neighbors so do them the same please :) I am confident you will.
