Straight forward explanations, installers explained everything they were going to do. let me take pictures, and asked if I had any questions. They were very organized and cleaned up after they were completed. They were also fast. As a bonus they played great music. ;)

The entire process was positive, and everything was just great. They put it in, and got it done when they said they will get it done. It looks wonderful, but I did have them come back to replace a screen that has a tiny slit on it.
Customer service and quality of products were excellent.

Window Nation needs to respond more timely. I don’t know where the issue lies but when I call the customer service department and ask to have any of my contacts it takes for too long to have a response. I have contacts cell numbers and email addresses and it seems those contacts take forever to respond or not at all. The windows look great however the newest issue and it’s not new but I went through a salesman on 09/15/25, placed an order for 13 windows, approved for a loan for over $17k and then only to find out on 10/01/25 my order was canceled because I called several times asking why the installer had not gone back to take final measurements. I was told your cancellation department would call me back within 24-48 hours. I still have not heard back from anyone! I called the financial institution for this project and they had no knowledge of the order being canceled either. Can I get a straight answer? Can I get a call back today? The jury is still out as I had a couple of things that need to be addressed but have not been resolved yet.
I am not happy with the moisture in my windows every morning.

Would have liked the salesman to follow up versus just handing us off to the installers and never hearing from him again. Would have been a nice personal touch to know he was making sure things were going well and we were happy.
The installation was fast and painless.
The windows are amazing. Not only do they look great but they block so much heat and keep out dust. The crews have been exceptional.

This is our second time to have Window Nation install windows in our home and we were very satisfied with the end result both times.
The work that was done was very well done. They were very hardworking, and Window Nation - Austin, TX did a very good job with the installation, including the removal of the old and the installation of the new.
The customer service to get any issues resolved is almost impossible with almost any return calls.

The window quality and installation is good so far, installation is not complete though, waiting on correct doors and replacement for a scratched window
It all started after we signed the contract with Chris Robles. He was extremely helpful and professional, always responded to my texts. Then I was referred to Crystal - she responded only once to my text (after numerous attempts) She promised me a gift card that I never received. I have left numerous messages and she never responded. I later contacted customer service and have been speaking with Patty- who has been more attentive.
