Inadequate flashing that was installed by the original builder forced us to replace a small section of shingles, which we had not anticipated when scoping out the job. Luke Cross handled the setback in the most professional manner possible, and my wife and I were pleased with the outcome.

I feel like I get a straight answer and that selling me something isn't the most important factor. Professionalism is apparent from the very first contact to the completion of the project. Everyone is knowledgeable and well trained, but never arrogant or condescending...the complete opposite of the door to door outfits, large or small, that swarm after large hail events. There's a whole lot that can go wrong when unjustified insurance claims are made or claims aren't backed up with the best documentation and evidence (including negative impact to policies just for making a claim, even if it is denied). Westpro got me out of a mess with one of the door to door outfits about 5 years ago and served me well through a second major hail event as well as a recent problem with my sister's insurance that wanted to cancel a policy unless she paid for a new dwelling roof. Westpro actually helped me convince the insurance company that it wasn't needed and limited the new roofing to just a detached garage that was in bad shape. This is why I am likely to use them someday for other services (hoping I escape another hail storm requiring a new roof).

The sales portion and the work portion of the process went very smooth. The collection part of the process was bumpy.

They were helpful. From the very start through the whole process. They were complete. They answered all our questions throughout the entire job with our new roof and window installation.

I am evaluating what they have done here. I had an entryway gutter and a gutter filter installed, and WestPro did it. I was satisfied through two snows storms, and there was nothing extremely heavy and no down pouring rain. I didn't get any icicles, and that is why I had it done.

The company does an exceptional job of protecting your plants and bushes and does the same with clean up. Also, good communications.

The whole procedure was quick-from the initial visit to provide a quote to the actual work done. But it was extremely professionally done and I am very satisfied with the results. I had a skylight replaced and that always causes worry about a potential leak in the roof. But they knew what they were doing!

Fortunately, I had jumper cables and was happily able to assist. PLEASE put jumper cables in all your trucks! The crew should not be delayed in leaving a job site.

I received excellent treatment from the beginning of the process with Andy all the way up to the last person I spoke with, Patrick. They were excellent at keeping me informed of the timelines. I am very happy with the work they did. I could not have had better service.

Be very clear with any expectations and be aware that it is difficult for management personnel to be fully engaged and transparent in dealing with their clients. If you project has any complex issues be certain to ask lots of questions and keep oversight tight.

They did an excellent job on the roof, but the post project clean-up was poor (there were nails everywhere).

From the first meeting with Patrick, I knew this was a company I wanted to work with. Insomuch that we waited for the solar shingles to be available. Communication, open and honest dialogue during the sales process and a great install team made this one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.

Great people to work with, professional, efficient, polite and prompt. Super clean up too..........and I'm a neat freak so that says a lot :)

They finally got the shingles and got it on. Someone just came buy a few minutes ago, and I gave them approval that it was okay. The only thing wrong was I had to have a tarp over my roof about a month ago and the wind blew it up which let snow get under it and water got into my garage.
