I was pleased with everyone, from the salesperson to the project manager, and the roofers. Everyone was friendly, professional and kept communication lines open.

They finally got the shingles and got it on. Someone just came buy a few minutes ago, and I gave them approval that it was okay. The only thing wrong was I had to have a tarp over my roof about a month ago and the wind blew it up which let snow get under it and water got into my garage.

From sales to installation all went very well.

I was referred to WestPro by a friend and they were great. Took care of all the details, worked with the insurance and arranged remove and re-installation of the solar. No complaints at all.

Quality Of Materials - Went with a GAF Class 4 roofing, so it is hail proof and lowered my insurance bill!

While we had a few communication issues, jobs was completed, work is exceptional, and foreman was very responsive to issues!

I did a lot of research on who I should hire. I am a recent widow and don't like being taken advantage of, and they were on top of their game the whole time and made me and my family feel comfortable in every way that they could with them working on my property through the whole process!

WestPro is a really good company and was always on time. They are really helpful every single step of the way. From the initial walkthrough to the move-in to the finished product walkthrough, they were great.

We have called a few people and we had no shows, miscommunication, and these ladies and gentlemen were here on time everyday. Sales person was courteous and everything went just the way she said it would. They left a ladder for the inspection and I have grandchildren that live with us and they are very rambunctious. Called and asked about the ladder because they would climb, knock over or try to do something dangerous. They were over and took it down for me ASAP.

Everybody at West Pro was courteous and professional. Despite some blizzard delays, the siding looks great, and they made sure every detail was taken care of before signing off. The roofers did a great job cleaning up afterwards and did the job quickly and efficiently. I truly have no complaints about anything, and everything looks great! I would highly recommend them, and in fact have to my neighbors.

Communication - They answered all my questions, and were friendly and courteous when I had some insurance questions when I mis-understood how my insurance worked. The owner both emailed me and called me to make sure I understood.
