Showed up on time, very neat job, cleaned up nicely, worked long days so job done in 2 days.

Honest, reliable, professional company to work with

Luke and the guys were prompt and professional. They all answered my questions and followed up with great workmanship. They have been back a couple of times to fix minor issues to our satisfaction.

The crew was quick, efficient, professional and did a great job cleaning the site when they finished.

Very professional, knowledgable, friendly and accommodating staff.

West Pro was great to work with GAF on the other hand created the delays in the electrical hookup.

They professionally replaced my roof every step of the way throughout the whole project. What impressed me the most was that there was no payment at all until they started the work.

I am likely to recommend WestPro to a friend because they are professionalism incarnate.

WestPro was professional, organized and answered all my questions and pricing was great!!

Dallas Leitz made the process so easy and he was so nice! Everyone always responded to my emails and requests.

From start to finish, incredible job.

Completely professional, quality job. Great communication no problems will always recommend them.

I enjoyed the team I worked with - everyone from the office people to the Project Consultant. The installers did a great job - the finished work is beautiful.

Diego and Zack were great to work with and the quality of the work of shingle and gutter installation crews looks good.

A bit more careful in work area

WestPro was easy to work with. No high pressure, back and forth discounts, just one, fair price.

Help with insurance claim

Everyone was very helpful through the whole process. Even when a need to reschedule arose, the response was helpful and flexible.

Really pleased with the siding repairs and objective advice we received. Inadequate flashing that was installed by the original builder forced us to replace a small section of shingles, which we had not anticipated when scoping out the job. Luke Cross handled the setback in the most professional manner possible, and my wife and I were pleased with the outcome.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Followed through with project and was done in a timely manner.

I really liked Bennett, the head of the project that was being completed.

After vetting West Pro, and meeting with their salesperson, we felt quite comfortable proceeding with our window replacement project. So glad we chose Wes Pro as a contractor!

The workers were friendly and efficient, worked hard, quality work, and got the job done in a short amount of time.

I feel like I get a straight answer and that selling me something isn't the most important factor. Professionalism is apparent from the very first contact to the completion of the project. Everyone is knowledgeable and well trained, but never arrogant or condescending...the complete opposite of the door to door outfits, large or small, that swarm after large hail events. There's a whole lot that can go wrong when unjustified insurance claims are made or claims aren't backed up with the best documentation and evidence (including negative impact to policies just for making a claim, even if it is denied). Westpro got me out of a mess with one of the door to door outfits about 5 years ago and served me well through a second major hail event as well as a recent problem with my sister's insurance that wanted to cancel a policy unless she paid for a new dwelling roof. Westpro actually helped me convince the insurance company that it wasn't needed and limited the new roofing to just a detached garage that was in bad shape. This is why I am likely to use them someday for other services (hoping I escape another hail storm requiring a new roof).

The sales portion and the work portion of the process went very smooth. The collection part of the process was bumpy.

The whole process

Whole team is a pleasure to work with. I consulted them again for my siding project after installing my roof, which speaks to my trust and satisfaction in their work. I will continue to utilize them for any areas of their expertise and recommend to others.

My primary interactions were with Diego Villalón and Luke Cross who were professional, friendly, and effective communicators

Great customer service. Very responsive.

They were helpful. From the very start through the whole process. They were complete. They answered all our questions throughout the entire job with our new roof and window installation.

I am evaluating what they have done here. I had an entryway gutter and a gutter filter installed, and WestPro did it. I was satisfied through two snows storms, and there was nothing extremely heavy and no down pouring rain. I didn't get any icicles, and that is why I had it done.

The company does an exceptional job of protecting your plants and bushes and does the same with clean up. Also, good communications.

Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The sales representative came to the house and took his time to explain all the procedures and went over the materials one needed to decide upon. Everything was very straight forward. Thank you WestPro.

The door was exactly as ordered, installed in the specified timeline, perfectly installed , and friendly, personable, knowledgeable salesman and workers

All of the staff was personable, friendly and informative!

Additional Comments

They did a great job!

Areas Of Satisfaction

Areas Of Satisfaction - If nothing else, your communication, professionalism and organization made this job feel worth the very high price point.

The whole procedure was quick-from the initial visit to provide a quote to the actual work done. But it was extremely professionally done and I am very satisfied with the results. I had a skylight replaced and that always causes worry about a potential leak in the roof. But they knew what they were doing!

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Patrick is always kind and professional. He has taught me a lot about the roofing industry.

Good communication up front, but poor follow up and wrap up. They ordered the wrong skylight for us and left it

A very professional group of people!

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Ariana the office manager is terrific! Friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Bennett and Dominic were also very helpful. The work crew were impressive— arrived early, went right to work and did a great job with the roofing and cleanup.

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Ariana, Office Manager, is a true asset to this organization. She is professional, friendly and very helpful. A delight to work with. Bennet was also knowledgeable and very helpful, as was Dominic

Areas For Improvement

Areas For Improvement - After working a long day in high heat, the crew was unable to start one of the company trucks due to a dead battery. Fortunately, I had jumper cables and was happily able to assist. PLEASE put jumper cables in all your trucks! The crew should not be delayed in leaving a job site.

Areas Of Satisfaction

Areas Of Satisfaction - The work crew was amazing. The project managers were helpful and as mentioned above Ariana, Office Manager is amazing.

I received excellent treatment from the beginning of the process with Andy all the way up to the last person I spoke with, Patrick. They were excellent at keeping me informed of the timelines. I am very happy with the work they did. I could not have had better service.

Be very clear with any expectations and be aware that it is difficult for management personnel to be fully engaged and transparent in dealing with their clients. If you project has any complex issues be certain to ask lots of questions and keep oversight tight.

Great job

They did an excellent job on the roof, but the post project clean-up was poor (there were nails everywhere).

From the first meeting with Patrick, I knew this was a company I wanted to work with. Insomuch that we waited for the solar shingles to be available. Communication, open and honest dialogue during the sales process and a great install team made this one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.

Great people to work with, professional, efficient, polite and prompt. Super clean up too..........and I'm a neat freak so that says a lot :)
If you need roofers, look no further than WestPro.

WestPro did a great job.
