The team from FL Res-Com was great from start to finish. They quoted a fair price and were able to squeeze us into their schedule on a tight timeline so we could bind our homeowner's insurance once the roof was replaced. Everyone I talked to kept saying wait till the roof is finished you will find nails everywhere. The amazing thing is so far I've found 2 nails! The team "swept" the grounds with magnets to pick up the stray nails and they did an amazing job considering our yard is shelled and no landscaping had been done for a while prior to our purchase so there were, as one example, quite a few sea grape leaves strewn all over. We'd recommend FL Res-Comm Roofing to anyone who asks.

They went above and beyond without charging me additionally. I love the fact that the Owens Corning shingles have the fiberglass tape to keep them from ripping off in the future. The fiber glass tape is fantastic. Several of my neighbors had to have their roof replaced due to the hurricane. Their shingles didn't have the fiberglass reinforcement strip, they were a different brand. I think they wish they would have used the Owens Corning shingles, like I did. It makes a world of a difference.
