Very expensive, but we built in 2021. Joe Biden is president so EVERYTHING is expensive & over priced. So, not WHM fault. Very professional and very pleased overall. Good company.

Attentive, responsible, timely. They were right on target with their plans from day one. We moved in one week later than anticipated (Dec 6) from their intended date in March. The crews were pleasant and professional; did their jobs in a timely manner, for the most part. There were a few supply chain issues but everything went off as planned. Their follow-up is on point. Jason & Jeremy are a very good outside- inside team; both doing their jobs well. Jason kept the job site moving forward and Jeremy ALWAYS responded to needs or questions. Well done.

Additional Comments - Crazy how many decisions there are to make even when much is pre-planned. And yet Terry Steinman was very easy to work with!

The build was fine until the end, items still need to be completed, both kitchen faucets are faulty, one leaked water all over my basement and you are not standing behind the product, Jeremy did not handle it well.

Very responsive. Communicates great and subs all speak very highly. Our cabinet make was also very impressed at the blue prints and note displayed on site,, very neat and clean site for him to work.

Schedule - Moved in 2 weeks earlier than target. Even in today's environment and supply issues. Impressive.

Terry does a very good job of explaining how the process works and the different options we had. Also we spent our winter in AZ, so it was very nice to have Wanke Builders over-seeing the project. They started building the house itself February 15.

Terry Steinman was excellent to work with from beginning to end. He lays out a plan and sticks to it. He has a good group of contractors that get the job done well and in a timely manner.

As a preferred flooring subcontractor for Wausau Homes Medford, I have watched the Wausau Homes process for years and worked with many happy new home customers. When we decided to build a new home last year-choosing a home builder was relatively easy. Designing our custom home was enjoyable--Terry was quickly able to take our ideas and generate renderings and 3-D views, making it much easier to visualize what our home would look like. Watching this home being erected on set day in June was rather remarkable to watch. We couldn't be happier with our new Wausau Home--it truly is home.
