The overall experience with Waterman was exceptional! Every question which I had was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. The estimate which was provided was extremely fair and accurate. There were no hidden costs. The scheduled time for our roof replacement was prompt and accurate. The installation crew was very professional and polite and went out of their way to ensure our property was not disturbed and was cleaned up properly. Overall, I have no reservations recommending Waterman and would definitely utilize their services for any of my home improvements needs in the future.

Real quality workmanship from the finished product to the cleanup

John was great the whole way through explaining everything, keeping in touch the whole way, answering questions. On the day of the work, they showed up on time which I've never seen from a company like this before honestly, cleaned up the whole way through, let th eneighbors know what was going on and if anything got on their property to let them know. When they left other than a nice new roof I get complements on you'd never know they were here. No mess anywhere and I've had a few "I wish they were the ones to do my roof" from neighbors and others telling me I picked the best company, and I agree.

The entire experience was frustrating, dragged out, with little communication. As a first time home owner this should have been a fun and exciting experience, but it wasn't. I felt like I was taken advantage of my lack due to my lack of construction knowledge, and lied to about things that should have been done, and things I was promised.

Prices have gone up, but work was done quickly since we had a leak.

Roger and his team did an outstanding job on our roof and gutters.
