When we realized we were going to need a new roof, we conducted research and decided to get three quotes. The other two companies came and took pictures and did not really communicate with me. When Waterman Building and Remodeling came to give their quote, a representative came into my house and left materials for me to read. The representative thoroughly explained what the process would look like. They asked questions and they were able to address a mold issue we had in our bathroom and installed a vent in the roof. We decided to hire Waterman Building and Remodeling based on their thoroughness during the planning process and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.
