Initial contact was with Phil Wadsworth. He came out, did initial inspection of my Mom’s roof, took photos and spoke with her. He was very kind, explained everything, and helped her with deciding on roof color. Phil followed up with me afterwards. ( I live in Kansas). He provided cost of roof, estimated timeline etc….all the details. My sister was at the house with my Mom when James arrived to manage roof replacement. On completion of the roof, James took pictures and walked around the house with my sister. The roof looks great. My Mom is happy. Each person from Waterman provided great communication on the project. I highly recommend them for roofing replacement.

From start to finish everything about the quote, Phillip going up on the roof trying to spot a leak, moving up our installation date due to having a leak, and the excellent workmanship and cleanup of the yard all exceeded of our expectations. They did excellent work, in a timely manner, using quality products. They offer a discount for Service Members and the were very easy to work with.

Roof came out great. Only complaint was we wanted EVERYTHING replaced. We aren’t roofing professionals so don’t know all the terminology, but thought we made it clear we wanted everything done no matter the price. We were surprised some fairly rotted soffit? I think that was the piece was put back up. When my husband called about it Roger said in the voicemail it was “cheesy” and that was why it didn’t go back together well. He said that replacing it would have upped the estimate. We would have happily paid more had we been told/shown that it was not in great shape. It made us wonder if the crew wasn’t running SO far behind that day if we would’ve been given the option to pay more and have it replaced.

The estimator was knowledgible and did a full inspection of the roof and attic area prior to writing the estimate. The crew that came to install my new roof were prompt and early. The supervisor Rick explained the steps and process and was there to answer all our questions. The crew was professional and their work and craftsmanship was out standing. The supervisor Rick stayed to the very end to ensure we were completely happy with the job.

We discussed a specific time frame for doing the job and I received a call right on schedule and given a day and time of arrival. Rich, the Forman and crew arrived exactly on time a d went right to work prepping the area. To my amazement the job was completed in just eight hours. Rich and crew worked methodically and in sync. I was definitely impressed with the professionalism throughout the whole process and have already recommended your company to a friend.
