On the day of installation, once the whole team was at my home to start installation, I learned that the unit that I signed a contract for was not available and no one knew when it would be available. I’m sure there is a difference in price but I was told there was none and I did not receive any refund.
Great experience. Everything was taken care of for us. Everyone was extremely nice to work with. Communication was great. Very happy with everything.
Much more thorough of an estimate and considerations for our job than the other two estimates. Overall cheaper also as the other guys poo-pooed the value of energy rebates that Washington Energy applied to with great success. Nice quiet upgrade to our furnace and detailed explanation of the new modern thermostat and water heater.
Kelly was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner and which one was best for our house.
I feel like to see and hear about Washington Energy Services everywhere I turn. So 1st I was surprised that WA Energy had lowest big AND a trust building bid process. But from there on the process and people were first rate. We had an excellent experience and we recommend Washington Energy Services.

Washington Energy Services employees are, quite simply, the best. The service people, sales people, installers, electricians, and office staff. I tell people that it is critical that we are comfortable with the people that come into our house. WA Energy employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are also kind, respectful, and caring. It is a pleasure having them in our home.

Sloppy work no attention to detail, i would not recommend having them do your windows and doors. The air condition installation team was great. The electrician that worked with that team has a bit of an attitude.

More than likely, and have done so in the past
We were not expecting to replace our furnace this year, but it was damaged beyond repair. The technician fully explained the problem, showed us exactly where it was broken & made recommendations. The new furnace arrived & was installed promptly with no fuss. We are very happy with the service & the new furnace is amazingly better!
Because of them having to go under my house, they alerted me that I had a gas leak. I feel safer knowing there was a leak and I had it fixed.
They did everything in a fast and timely manner. I was very happy with the final product, my gutters, doors, and siding.
