At first, we had a virtual inspection using photos and videos. It worked perfectly. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in one day, helped us with permits, and are always accessible 24/7. Their price was reasonable and they did not try to charge any more than promised. They cleaned up the area thoroughly during the job and upon completion. This is a great company with many well-trained employees!

I never give 5 stars because I always feel like there is room for improvement - with that said. I had a good experience recently when they installed a new furnace and then 2 days later when that new furnace stopped working they were quick to respond and get it working again.

This was the second service we have received from WES - the first was ductless heating/AC - they did great - this time we needed our house to be re-sided The house sits on a slope - it is a dangerous place to work on due to the slope but the crew tackled it without a problem - the project went smooth from day one through to completion. I replaced 25 windows, 5 skylights, and a glass sliding door. The work was completed in one week. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. This was the first step in a major remodel and my contractor was also very pleased with the workmanship. These windows are beautiful.
