WES performed 4 service visits from Oct 21st through Nov 19th: 1. New furnace, EAC, Hot water tank, 2 & 3. Followup visits to correct installation issues and 4. duct vacuuming. All the work was performed to our satisfaction

Wonderful service, great staff
The product, James Hardie fiber cement siding, arrived in good order and was professionally installed by skilled workmen. The siding looks great and every detail was meticulously attended to. The touch-up, caulking and external television wiring was all applied neatly. I couldn't be happier. The job wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for!
I would not recommend Washington Energy Services to anyone after the issues we have had with them

From the sales team to the installation team everybody was courteous and professional. All tasks were performed on time and in a timely manner
Happy with the service. I was told it would take 3 days but was done in 2. Never heard from the electric inspection people yet
The technician was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and explained what he did and answered all my questions. I felt we got value for our money.
From start to finish of the project (to include the project cost estimate part), the WES team were very professional and did the job right.
New ai/c, furnace and electrical service panel installed. HVAC installers very professional and clean install. Wish I could say the same for the electrical work, had to redo some of their work it was so poorly done. If it wasn’t for the HVAC installers the rating woukd have been much lower.

The basic premise of my experience was great. When I noticed an issue with the siding on my garage that was the moment I contacted Washington Energy Services about it. I spoke with the coordinator, foreman, and crew. Every aspect of the project was so pleasant! They were business-like but yet so personable. Everything happened when the said and how they said it was going to go. I was so pleased with how it all turned out!
Very reliable and efficient
We have worked with Washington Energy on several home projects. We knew going into this most recent one we could trust them and get quality professional work. We got exactly that from every person involved starting with the sales area, office personnel and the people working hard on site.
The Asian team that was here installing my siding did an A+ job and paid attention to detail. If I could, I would give them a raise . They sure deserve it !!
We had our windows and our siding done by Washington Energy Services. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and professional and we are thrilled with the result. There was one small hiccup - the window people were not in communication with the siding people about the amount of space needed for one of our windows. Our siding crew - Dennis, Almador, and (one other guy whose name I've forgotten, sorry!) went above and beyond to fix this, and a couple of other small issues. I would definitely recommend Washington Energy Services!If you are going to use this review, please include the 3rd siding guy's name that I've unfortunately forgotten.
