This is the email I sent.

I am writing to you about the garage floor coating install process for our house in Bryans Road, MD. The entire process was an absolute disaster. Two times this week, people showed up to our house with no notice, or only 20 minutes notice and we had no clue that they were coming either day. But to top it all off, no one showed up on the day that they were supposed to, Thursday, July 17th. As your email outlines below. I had taken a vacation from work that day, so I lost an entire day's salary for absolutely nothing. I want to be reimbursed for that day. The flyer that the salesman gave us has the sub-heading "Providing a premium product with world-class service." We did not even receive acceptable service. Also in the same flyer, the buyer is warned that "Rescheduling install dates within a week of current install date comes with processing fees. Please reschedule more than a week out whenever possible." Apparently

We also have a few problems with the actual install. Pics are attached of some product that was spilled in our driveway and must be cleaned up and a pic of the install product spilled on the side of the garage. I have contacted Marcus about this, but want to make sure that someone else is aware. Also, I never heard back from his supervisor on Friday, either. Someone has to come back out and clean up that mess.

Lastly, when I tried to put the garage door down for the first time since the install, it would not work. I chased down the problem and found that the installers ripped out a wire on the garage door system. Either have someone come out to fix the door or I'll call the garage door company and you can reimburse me for this expense. Marcus is not aware of this problem.

It's so unfortunate that we had all of these problems that took all of our attention away from just being able to enjoy the new garage floor coating.

When the project was started, it couldn't be finished inthe same day. I had to call to find out what was going on. The young lady was a bit rude. I don't think I should have had to call you to finish the project. I should a date to finish.

I have an issue due to the installation of the flooring. I have called customer service since May 19th at least 10 times. On June 22 Mr Marcus was schedule to come and he did not show up or called. Did not respond to my text message and though I have continued to call, they have not responded or resolve my issue. VERY DISSAPONTED!

The install crew was friendly and efficient and the work appears good

Ended up having 2 crews on 2 different days...both teams were great. 1st crew did super job preparing the garage floor...but rain made it bad for doing the coating. The scheduling office worked some magic to fit in the coating work later the same week. They did what they could to get it done quickly because I had to rent temporary storage for my garage stuff...every day was more to pay. Final work/product is outstanding!!! Very happy.

Floor looks great.

Professional at every step of the process—the person that answered the phone, the scheduler, the designer (Hamza), the installers. Communication was exceptional and I always knew that someone would call me back if I had any questions (which they did). Our closet went from chaos to serene organization. They get my highest recommendation.

Overall my closet is absolutely lovely. The only thing the kept me from giving it a ten was the overall price. Although the quality of the closet is top notch not everyone that I know would be able to afford the product.

Was expecting high quality materials and finishes and did not receive. Had missing parts and damaged parts that I had to bring to the attention of the installer. Came back for a repair and brought more damaged parts. Now I’m dealing with their finance department calling me multiple times a day to start paying for a job that is incomplete and Closet America is saying the job is complete even though we still have damaged parts.

The final product exceeded my expectations. Money well spent for the value and quality of the product.

I am very much not happy with first installing workmanship. All the board has a chip from top to bottom, not steady,very shakey,big spaces on the sides and bottom and much more. I paid for what I saw of Closet America, and I was hoping to get that. Just to be clear, tray came out today to see my cloest. He is not the installation person 10/14th. This survey is not on him. Bottom line here all material is defective and un professional job done.

They did a beautiful job. They did leave any mess. They were very pleasant and courteous.

Love the units. I feel like I’ve added tremendous value to my home, definite value to my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Closet America. They were knowledgeable about the product, had great customer service, answered all my questions, made great recommendations for the space, and I could not be more pleased with the final product. Initially, I was just considering having one closet done, but then decided to get all five closets done because I saw how great the work was and how my spaces could be for efficient with their product.
