The installers were great. On time, checked in to stay late to complete the install. Explained they would need to return because not all the hardware was there for one of the shelves.

Sales were very informative, easy to work with, no hard sale and accurate.

Our installer, Bryan went the extra mile to get my tub installed.

I was not happy with what the salesman said and the actual product

They kept us advised at each step. Flexible, allowed us to set the date for install. Amazingly talented installer.

Salesman not honest about shower base being slippery. Installation company was excellent,just quality of shower base.

The product is quality but the team of installers refused to do the shower the way I was promised by the sales team which really disturbed my wife!

Excellent service, however, extremely costly.

Had to come back to repair marked up walls and repaint. Also raise temperature of ho water.

Professional and very informative of the process

.I am vey pleased with the service I received from Rite window. The technician was professional and polite. He was respectful of my home. The job was done in the time stated and I am extremely pleased with the results.My new shower is beautiful.

I had to transfer funds toy account which would take 3 business days. This was known and yet I was notified that twice that they were trying to cash the cge k before the transfer.

Very neat and clean, organized and workers were a team.

I would caution anyone asking for a recommendation to be very rigorous in questioning exactly where installed items would be placed and to press for accurate schematics (and preferably computer generated mock-ups) of what the final product would look like after the installation. While the tub and shower meet our expectations, the selling process was not a great experience and the surprises that resulted as construction progressed were disappointing. We would have made different decisions in the type of tub and in the size of the shower had it been clear from the outset what things were going to look like after installation, but we were pressed very hard to make a decision and sign a contract that evening without the benefit of a clear and accurate schematic or computer mock-up of the installation.

Initial contact, signing the contract, scheduling the work, and completion of the work in a timely period was a smooth process.
