Our home was damaged by a fire that started in the townhouse next door a little over a year ago. It was a very devastating experience and while we are thankful for our lives , it was still heartbreaking to witness the damages: fire, water, damages sustained while the fire was been battled by the firefighters. Even though I knew we couldn't spend the night there , I was concerned about a broken window in one of the top bedroom and wanted it boarded up before I'd leave. Still very shaken, I called Warren Construction that was recommended by my Insurance Company. It was very late into the evening, but a contractor did show up less than 2 hours later and close to midnight, and boarded up the window. It was late and he was coming from about an hour away ,but he showed lo compassion and support. His name is Chris if I recall. From that moment I knew I was going to go ahead with Warren for the whole house. An electrician was also needed a few days later as I needed power in some of the rooms to be able to salvage a few things and they sent a very pleasant and efficient gentleman called Chris as well. We are now ready to move back and the house is brand new, with beautiful walls, floors, a nice and strong deck, an attic completely redone with good insulation. Roof and siding are looking nice too. They also did little things here and there that were not really part of their task. After they were done with the repairs, I decided to add a shower in the basement and they did a fantastic job. The whole team was very pleasant and professional . I am sorry I cannot remember all their names, but the team leader is Mr. Cole. All the Warren's employees I've encountered over the past year including the lovely Ms. Jennifer the office coordinator , are not just true professionals who are good at what they do, they are good human beings who know they are dealing with often traumatized and confused people, that sometimes have lost everything but their lives, in a very scary and tragic experience .For all the reasons above , my family and I are giving Warren Construction a 5- star rating!

I had water damage in the bathroom and laundry room that required drywall repair and new floor. The repairs look awesome, all the fixtures and old vanity was removed, new paint, new floor, I ordered a new vanity with matching mirror that they professionally installed. The repairs look awesome, very happy customer. I highly recommend Warren Construction.

The outset was a little difficult with the initial emergency contact with Warren Construction. When dealing with the flood and all . they made contact and proceeded to come and close an open hole in my basement that was created by the "Water Restoration Team" who created it.
