They have a weird film to the windows. They lied about the price, and tried demanding more money.

The initial installers came out and did a very very very sloppy job. They sent out an inspector, but when he came, he did a great job. He was very neat, very considerate, very thorough, and the job was done right. The initial installers were very nonchalant, did not care about what they were doing, and left my place a mess.
The windows look okay. The aluminum siding on the windows is coming up, and the windows are foggy after it rains. The people left a bag of tools on my new brick patio. I have called several times for someone to pick it up, but no one has reached out to me.

One thing that I would tell future clients is to triple-check after the installers. Things are not always put together correctly. The products may be a little bent out of place or not installed correctly, and the quality of the products may not be up to your standards.

It was the second time we had to have our bay window replaced because of seal breakage, and the initial appointment was canceled because they didn't have enough crew because someone on the crew got hurt. Someone came the next Monday or Tuesday, and the guy said one person alone probably can't do it. They canceled again to come for another day, but no one ever showed up that day. He did text us and say he was busy, so we finally saw him this last Tuesday, and they did show up and complete the job.

For what we paid, I thought we would get a better end product. I really liked Mike, the installer guy, he seemed knowledgeable but most of the guys on his team were young high school kids that needed direction on everything (despite the salesman making a point to say all Wallside installers are experienced tradesman). The nail gun was too strong and broke the wood trim pieces, the plaster around the window is cracking from the base of the window to the floor, I have multiple spots with numerous nails from where they couldn't hit the right spot to secure the wood, the interior wood is beyond cheap, the caulking job on the outside was a joke (they didn't bother to apply evenly or smooth), destroyed quite a few of my landscaping stones, obliterated the magnolias outside both of the windows, we found broken glass in the yard and driveway. It's frustrating considering the cost of the labor we paid; I feel like we should have received a more "finished product". Especially since we received our warranty in the mail a few days later and discovered the cost of the actual windows was only 25% of what we were charged so the rest was "labor". The installers were done in 4 hours, we heard them talking and they were done for the day after my house. An extra hour definitely could have been spent to provide a higher quality product and experience. The windows do look nice though and I hope they hold up. *Please note most of these issues weren't noticed until after the installers left and were not addressed with them.

I was happy with the new door. Not thrilled with the installation and exterior finishing.
Doorwall was installed. After the 2nd day we noticed and heard what appeared to be grit in the track. only to discover that the door is chewing up the track it rides on. Metal shavings in the track. Now the track is damaged. A service call is scheduled for 8/1/23. I am concerned because the track will need to be replaced.

The cleanup was bad. Nails were left in the yard, and I ran over a nail, for which I had to have a tire replaced. Shards of glass were left in my living room. They incorrectly measured five windows. Not a good experience.
