We interviewed seven companies. Finally, we chose Visionaire Windows – well known, as we researched, for the highly experienced installers and good customer service team. In addition, their installers were trained and certified at ProVia company – the window manufacturer.

We could not be happier with results – the house looks as newly build with no signs of such complex project –not even scratches left on the inside walls and outside stucco and siding. Cleaned as if nothing happened.
All done in timely manner and very efficient beginning from project estimation, scheduling, and the most important the installation.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I received several quotes from other larger companies and Visionaire took their time, educated me on the different windows; their product knowledge and details were excellent. Visionaire valued me as a customer. I ended up paying more with them because they educated me on the products, which separated them from the carbon copy estimates I received from the other companies.

Super fast, professional and punctual.

I needed an external sound issue that I needed addressed. I life in a condo and is four HVACs near my bedroom window. I also lived near a busy popular street with people and vehicles that produced noise at all hours of the night. My new windows solved all of these noise issues, thank you Visionaire !

Great experience from beginning, salesman was great, the owner of the company actually came out to do the measuring (when do you ever see that happen?) and the installers were awesome.

Visionaire Windows is a great company to work with. Every interaction (in person, phone, email) was addressed promptly and completely in a friendly and professional manner. The great experience started with Josh Taylor in sales. He described our choices so that we understood what we were getting. Emily Soschee was always there for questions, scheduling and all administrative duties throughout the process. Ben Grzesik and his installing staff were great, installing 24 windows in 5 hours. All areas were cleaned after installation including the garage floor, Thw windows were installed about 4 months ago, I am pleased to report that one room that was always cold in winter is no longer that way. The windows have more than meet our expectations.

I was at the Home Show and visited all the displays for windows (as that is what I was in the market to buy). I was there with two friends (customers of Visionaire as well). Visionaire was the ONLY company who spoke to me without having a male present with me (other companies did not speak to me, but would address me when my friend (male) was present).

TVisionaire is a family-owned and operated company. The salesman Josh was very professional and brought samples of the windows to my home. Explained the benefits of each type of window. We discussed doors and storm door selections. The Window and door installation took 2 days and went smoothly. The team of guys worked harder than anyone I've seen in construction to complete the job. The install of the doors went smoothly and they even helped me put the hardware I wanted on the door, which they didn't have to do. Prior to leaving, they went over the functions on the windows. The job site was cleaned at the end of everyday. Windows were washed inside and out after install. The whole experience with Visionaire was exceptional and above and beyond. The office staff was prompt with answering questions in emails and on the phone. The windows look fantastic and are holding up well. My house had the original 1950's windows, so the electric bill was cut in half! Prices are reasonable for a great product.

Service after the sale and installation: I called an email about my storm door closing too quickly. They promptly came right back out and adjusted it. In the spring of 2021, I had emailed to have them come back out to check on a window I did not know if I closed properly. Again, prompt response and they came out the next day to check on the window.

I have a very high level of consumer confidence with Visionaire products, staff, and company. Everything about this experience not only met my expectations but exceeded them..
