TVisionaire is a family-owned and operated company. The salesman Josh was very professional and brought samples of the windows to my home. Explained the benefits of each type of window. We discussed doors and storm door selections. The Window and door installation took 2 days and went smoothly. The team of guys worked harder than anyone I've seen in construction to complete the job. The install of the doors went smoothly and they even helped me put the hardware I wanted on the door, which they didn't have to do. Prior to leaving, they went over the functions on the windows. The job site was cleaned at the end of everyday. Windows were washed inside and out after install. The whole experience with Visionaire was exceptional and above and beyond. The office staff was prompt with answering questions in emails and on the phone. The windows look fantastic and are holding up well. My house had the original 1950's windows, so the electric bill was cut in half! Prices are reasonable for a great product.
Service after the sale and installation: I called an email about my storm door closing too quickly. They promptly came right back out and adjusted it. In the spring of 2021, I had emailed to have them come back out to check on a window I did not know if I closed properly. Again, prompt response and they came out the next day to check on the window.
I have a very high level of consumer confidence with Visionaire products, staff, and company. Everything about this experience not only met my expectations but exceeded them..

My wife and I had a very good experience with Tim and staff of Visionaire Windows. Unlike many home improvement companies Tim focused on the benefits of the windows and work quality Visionaire provides instead of creating a high pressure sales environment. Dorothy and other admin staff are super responsive to calls and questions and letting us know scheduling dates for installation, etc and the installation crew did a high quality install in November 2019. We chose Great Lakes windows and there has been a very noticeable decrease in external noise and humidity reduction throughout the house. The windows have been a great investment from our perspective and came with a 25 year glass warranty. Highly recommend Visionaire for windows and doors.
