We are beginning to offer in-home appointments again with the proper PPE, and we are still offering "social distancing" appointments in which the salesperson can do a driveway demo. My wife and I had a very good experience with Tim and staff of Visionaire Windows. Unlike many home improvement companies Tim focused on the benefits of the windows and work quality Visionaire provides instead of creating a high pressure sales environment. Dorothy and other admin staff are super responsive to calls and questions and letting us know scheduling dates for installation, etc and the installation crew did a high quality install in November 2019. We chose Great Lakes windows and there has been a very noticeable decrease in external noise and humidity reduction throughout the house. The windows have been a great investment from our perspective and came with a 25 year glass warranty. Highly recommend Visionaire for windows and doors.
