Although the quality of work looks good from the naked eye, and the salesmanship was impressive, as I stated earlier, we never received any photos or communication from a project manager to ensure that the work we paid for was actually done as it should have been. This was one of the big reasons we went with Victors, as it isn't a service that all companies offer. It is disappointing to have been promised something, and then to have that expectation fall short.

Victors Home Solutions was good. I know they outsource their work. Only one guy knew English. The salespeople were excellent. When I wanted to talk to somebody, I had to wait for the supervisor to be able to talk to anyone. That kind of bugged me, but they did a good job.

The Victors team did an outstanding job from the initial Sales discussion, all the way through installation, and the follow up appointment for slight adjustments that were needed after the fact. I would definitely recommend Victors neighbors, family and friends.

Victors does excellent work.

They need to do what they say they will do. The salesman said to do the work quickly, which they did. They said the gutters would be done quickly as well, which they were. They promised a complete cleanup of the area, and they did not. I have found forty nails so far. The issue so far with the work is that the cleanup wasn't great.

I have used them two times, on separate occasions, and it was always the same quality - perfect! I'm just a firm believer, after seeing his commercials and how he puts himself up front to sell his company, and his employees and how he has trained them so superior, that when they come out, it's like dealing with Victor.
They have been taught and trained how to do their job and then it comes out really first quality.

The best part is I chose them not only based on their reputation but the fact that they sold, installed and warranty the job. Most companies sub-contract to other companies to do the work. Victor's holds the entire responsibility for their work, materials and warranty.
