Like the fact that all went very quickly. All team members were very friendly and respectful. Installers were timely as promised and did a very good job overall cleaning up when done.

The project manager Jose Hernandez was my onsite project supervisor and did a really great job keeping me informed and went above and beyond to ensure the project was finished even thought the day was windy and had some intermittent rain.

Everything was done excellently. I am very proud of it.

I have a window in my ceiling and it was leaking after they came out to repair it. It looks like the used the aluminum on the roof under the window. It looks like they straightened it out with a hammer and reused it. It looks horrible.

I expected some type of refund, not an insult. Out of the $1,500, they said I could have $300 of my money back. I was very insulted. They didn't solve the problem. I had a leak in the drain pipe in the kitchen which was leaking into the basement. They told me it was a roof leak.

It's a sales-first company with poor execution and disregard for the customer's needs.

It is pretty soon afterwards, so it has been so far so good.

Everything went just as they said it would . The cleanup all around our house and even the neighbors yards ( it was a very windy day) was just great.

Victors should really improve and take responsibility for things said by their salespeople. In the end, they gave false information during the sales process, which delayed our decision in the end. Victors should take responsibility and not put it on the client. Their salespeople should be more truthful about what they promise their customers.

The experience from quoting and estimation through installation was positive and professional.

They did a good job, and the workers were good.

The cost can be an issue, but they offer zero percent or no payments until next year. However, you still have to pay for it.

I couldn't believe the number of people that I talked through talking about a situation. I talked to a boss, a concierge and then another boss about my problem. They eventually responded but it was amazing how many people we had to talk to.
