I was completely satisfied and pleased with the work. The gentlemen who put the roof on were very pleasant to work with.

I was very happy with how quick they were able to get the work done and everything that they did. They cleaned up and filled me in on everything. They included me in a lot of stuff and I was very happy.

Without a doubt. Did not get any other quotes so I cannot comment on the cost but was shown it was competitive. They just impressed us with their presentation about materials and workmanship.

We would recommend Victors to anyone who is considering a new roof. Each person we spoke with was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. We like the fact that Victors will perform a yearly inspection.

The work is done and I can move on. I had previously accepted a offer from another roofing company to do the repairs, but after many months they never showed up to do the work and would only tell me they were busy and could not get to me. So despite all the disappointments, miscommunication, and frustration I have had with Victors, they still are not the worst roofing company I have worked with.

I would recommend them to a friend because I was very impressed with the job that they did and how fast they did it. They were clean and were so careful of windows and doors and leaving anything on the ground. I was totally happy about all of that. His father would be proud.

No consideration on offering a discount on extra materials.

Victors addressed all the issues I had with my roof without going through the whole sales pitch (especially since this wasn’t my first roof replacement). They were thorough answering my questions. I was always notified when employees were en route and said employees were always on time and considerate of my time. Actual work was done quickly and the cleanup was as advertised.

A positive reputation is earned based on the entire sales cycle, including solving customer punch list concerns being resolved over reasonable time table! Still waiting now over 30 days for completion.

The care taken to completely video and explain our attic area was very helpful so we could better understand any Roofing wood problems we were experiencing. Our old attic vents had been completely covered by I sulation and were rendered useless...without the video we would not have known that so that we could choose to add more roof ventilation and relocate them for efficiency.

We appreciated how thoroughly the entire process was explained and the differences in Victor's priduct and installation as opposed to any other less expensive roofing company.

I own multiple properties and plan to use you guys again. However, I hope this survey prompts someone to reach out to me. The first job you completed for me was excellent, but I have concerns about the second job.

My dish was on a pole in the ground , it was covered but debris was thrown on it bending the dish and puttin it out of focus. A hole was put in the gable vent. The workers were standing on an aluminum awning and in cleanup dropped something on it and put a whole in it. The window air conditioner was covered, but in pulling off the netting ,nails went the vents . I walk with a cane and it wasn't easy for me to go up a ladder and clean it off.

Every step of the way someone was explaining the process and what to expect. Very friendly and efficient people from the estimate to the final inspection.
