Work was done perfectly.

Victors Home Solutions was good. I know they outsource their work. Only one guy knew English. The salespeople were excellent. When I wanted to talk to somebody, I had to wait for the supervisor to be able to talk to anyone. That kind of bugged me, but they did a good job.

Your prices are a lot more high than other companies

The Victors team did an outstanding job from the initial Sales discussion, all the way through installation, and the follow up appointment for slight adjustments that were needed after the fact. I would definitely recommend Victors neighbors, family and friends.

Victors does excellent work.

They need to do what they say they will do. The salesman said to do the work quickly, which they did. They said the gutters would be done quickly as well, which they were. They promised a complete cleanup of the area, and they did not. I have found forty nails so far. The issue so far with the work is that the cleanup wasn't great.

I have used them two times, on separate occasions, and it was always the same quality - perfect! I'm just a firm believer, after seeing his commercials and how he puts himself up front to sell his company, and his employees and how he has trained them so superior, that when they come out, it's like dealing with Victor.
They have been taught and trained how to do their job and then it comes out really first quality.

Victor's was a great company to deal with. They always communicated with us about the job and issues. The work is professional. The best part is I chose them not only based on their reputation but the fact that they sold, installed and warranty the job. Most companies sub-contract to other companies to do the work. Victor's holds the entire responsibility for their work, materials and warranty.

I would never use them again or recommend them to anybody.

I can't get the inspector to represent me in court, and I need his testimony to do this, and I am stuck. It is my word against who knows who, and he promised he would, and I can't get him to move. It is costing me money to wait on litigation for the inspection of the bad shape my roof and windows were left in by the previous company.

See above. It all came down to the sales tactics. I am not about high pressure. I was very close to asking the guy to leave and not choosing Victor's due to the way it was sold. F- about that part. Knowledgeable, seemed like a reasonable installation approach, etc. Too much trashing of the other companies. Felt icky to be honest. Wished it could have been done more above board - you won't get any more business from me in the future.

The Victors Team does a great job communicating with customers on all parts of the job. They made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands from the time I first contacted them until my project was completed.

Everything except the price was great. You guys are extremely expensive.

Victors did great work! The repesentatives were upfront and honest. The workmen were very good at what they did, and they did an excellent cleanup job. The job itself is perfect, and we're 100% happy!

I detailed some reasons which may seem small to but to me mean demonstrate that Victors did a "good" job which is what I would expect from any contractor, Victor's did not exceed my expectations and go above and beyond. By paying a premium price ($20k above our middle quote) I expected more. I recommend that Victors look at Zingerman's as a model of exceptional customer service!

The work is done and I can move on. I had previously accepted a offer from another roofing company to do the repairs, but after many months they never showed up to do the work and would only tell me they were busy and could not get to me. So despite all the disappointments, miscommunication, and frustration I have had with Victors, they still are not the worst roofing company I have worked with.

I would recommend them to a friend because I was very impressed with the job that they did and how fast they did it. They were clean and were so careful of windows and doors and leaving anything on the ground. I was totally happy about all of that. His father would be proud.
