I was happy with all expectations that I had in my mind after new roof was installed. All questions I had during construction were answered for me. Nothing left unanswered and if I had further questions I know I could call VICTORS and have that question answered!

The salesperson from Victors who came out twice for the garage and the home roof was very professional, explained everything and the details of the roof, and took and showed me pictures. He took his time. I was here for the garage roof portion, but not the house roof, and they let me go on the roof, showed me the process, and were very nice.

My experience was definitely very disappointing since I understood that Victors was not the least expensive option for a new roof. In fact, Victors was in the highest category and they still ratcheted up their cost. Buyer BEWARE!

Everything was fine except the extra charge of $600 they wanted to charge me.

They were very professional and polite. They answered all my questions politely and got things done quickly. When they left you couldn’t tell that they were here. They even got the dumpster moved earlier than it was originally scheduled for them to come pick it up. Everyone worked as a team. Things went very smoothly.

Every aspect of the project from the sales presentation, communication, project management, installation and clean-up - all exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire process! From the start, I was always kept in the loop of each step and they were right on target with the timeline of this project.
