I am going to recommend them because of how well and quickly it was done after they came out. There were no delays. I am absolutely going to recommend them.

Considering the size of the job, from the initial meeting with the regional manager and the sales representative, they came to the house and spent a lot of time with me and my wife. Having done roofs before and listening to them, I knew they knew what they were doing, and I immediately built a trust with them. I am glad I chose them, and they back their work. How much more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

What can I say? They did a beautiful job. They were excellent, their manners and everything. How they talk about what they are going to do, how they are going to do it and when they are going to do it. They did everything excellent. I can't say anything bad about it. Everything was just beautifully and professionally done.

Everyone that was out here working, they busted their butts and did a good job. They worked, they cleaned up, and everything. They were some of the nicest people that you would want to meet. They will work with you. It don't matter who you are, what you are doing or anything.

People were friendly and very kind. Kept me up to date as to what was happening.

The cost factor could be better.

Quality materials, quality workmanship, and they really want you to be happy, so they go the extra mile.

The only other problem I had was that there was no English-speaking person on site whom I could ask questions. I don't speak Spanish. That bothered me. I thought they could have had one English-speaking person.

I would recommend them to a friend because from start to finish, they did everything they said, it was done to my complete satisfaction, and I would urge anybody to give them a try, at least an estimate because they were outstanding.

The crew was very prepared for the project and did not waste time.

All the workers were very polite, and while they were working, I took my dog for a walk. One guy helped me navigate through all of it, and that was nice, because I am not steady on my feet and was stepping over things. It made me feel confident of their politeness.

They did their work in a timely manner and did an excellent job on the shingle replacement.

After my request to receive a free quote, both Sales manager Tommy and roof installer Chris arrived at my home to survey my roof and help locate a leak I had been unable to isolate. After their thorough inspection, I was comforted by their recommendation to address the re-roofing of only my garage as the first potential stage of repair, given the possibility this action alone might repair the identified area of probable water entry. Chris then explained Victor's entire installation process, their plan for my home's individual install and various shingle options that were available to me. Victor's Crew was out shortly thereafter and I had my beautiful new three car garage roof installed in a little over a half day. When notified the next day of a minor install issue that needed to be addressed, Victor's responded quickly to the feedback. Install Manager Dame and his team were out within days and the issue was remedied to 100% of my satisfaction. I can't say enough about the welcomed contacts and updates from Concierge team member Kristen as well as the overall professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by the entire team at Victor's Home Solutions. I liked everything from start to finish

I told Victors' crew that I didn't want my roof worked on in the rain, but they worked on it in the rain. They didn't initially cover the open roof even though they told me that they'd stop and cover the open roof to come back later. They continued to do the work despite assuring me that they'd stop.

The company was knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient.

We are very pleased with the end result of our project. They did a phenomenal job, and I know that they did a quality job on our roof.

We had two roof fans put in, and I was skeptical, but they keep my upstairs much cooler inside my house. I was surprised.
